Good gym. Most annoying part is that the jacuzzi is down a lot. Been a problem for years

Today I dealt with the manager Julie and she was so awesome and straightforward and let me know exactly what machines to use and was very sweet

Third edit: Now I’m lowering to 1 star after reading Daveen’s review. I would’ve preferred to have left it on 3 stars cause the gym itself, minus some of the soulless employees- is not bad. Some of these individuals are like money piranhas without integrity. I know some of Daveens’s accusations in her review seem far fetched, but trust me knowing how these people can behave it doesn’t surprise me, i believe her. Made me feel bullied coming here, when a gym is supposed to be a mental health safe place. I also find all these brand new 5star reviews talking about how nice employees are to be very iffy. God hates a lying tongueEdit: Sabrina Reese’s review is spot on! I am lowering my rating to 2 stars. I’ve dealt with the same nasty attitude from the individual she rants about.(ORIGINAL 3 star review) The gym is nice has good equipment and amenities, different workouts that cater to everyone including dancing, basketball, punching bags, pool, sauna etc. Some staff members are very nice including Lindsey, Paola, Bryan who recently left, Carlos, etc. But there have been a few rude instances. The main manager guy harasses everyone about every little thing a profesional Karen.

This employee and the manager Julie were extremely rude and colorist! Resulted right into calling the police on me being that I’m a black woman to attempt to install fear into me by threatening to call the police! Here’s a picture of him calling the police. Two of my cards were being charged even though they stated only 1 card should be on file. I asked them to cancel my membership and refund the payment that was taken being the other card was my mother’s card. Julie rudely told me that they’re not refunding any money and i would need to pay my mother the money that was taken. The other employee told me i was holding up their line. Both of them antagonized me and the male employee even asked me “What are you going to do?”. If you are a person of color i would advise you not to come to this location because they made me feel so small and i was embarrassed by the way they treated me. I told them i was going to reach out to corporate and i needed their names and they would not provide me their names and said they did not have to. I ended up seeing another bad review about the manager and realized it was the same manager i dealt with and her name was Julie.

Ive been coming here daily for the last 2 years. Good gym equipment, plenty of space even during 5-6PM rush. Equipment is older but gets the job done. Staff has always been exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Employee’s and Managers at this location are extremely helpful, It was my first time entering the facility and they answered all of my questions and concerns, during my tour I noticed how clean and up kept the machines were even though they are outdated. Everyone there made me excited to start my fitness journey, I recommend everyone giving this location a try!

I went to the gym to cancel my membership. The manager on duty Julie assisted me with the absolute worst condescending attitude ever. One of the first questions she asked me is “do you not know how to work out?” Not in a genuine tone either it was condescending and disrespectful. The real reason I wanted to cancel is because this gym is filthy, the machines are super outdated or broken, and there’s roaches. But the staff there made me want to cancel more. You need more compassionate people working the front desks. Not a nasty brat who can’t talk to people in a nice manner or have good customer service skills. Do better.

Esporta (michigan ave, orlando fl) For over a month, there has been a persisting issue with the showers, as hot water remains unavailable. Additionally, I have noticed that the overall equipment and amenities are in poor condition, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and upkeep.

They make it really really really difficult to end your membership. I am moving and have attempted to cancel my membership three times. They keep telling me the only person who can cancel my membership is the general manager. I asked if I could call and they said it had to be in person. I have even tried another location, and I get the same answer: “ Oh sorry. The manager isn’t in right now and you can only cancel in person.” When you initially join, they make it sound really easy, like “Oh just give us 30 days notice.” While that may be true, you have to jump through 90 loopholes to give that notice. I genuinely will have to cancel my card and report fraud because I have never seen it so difficult to end my membership. Like it is clearly set up to make it impossible. Go elsewhere!
