Fitness CF

Lots of machine options, I have never seen half of the machines at this gym. I love it. They have treadmills that are bouncy *great for the knees* and they have the long run treadmill. Awesome location and the set up is nice. It's my favorite gym. Staff is friendly.

4/5/2023 10:30 amI became a member a month ago. At the time of becoming a member I was not told that I was obliged to give them a head shot of mine ( for their ¨records¨). When I got to the gym today I was told that I had to, or else show my license every time. I was not happy with that neither. I´m tired of all the digital ID preparations some business are making and I´m not comfortable with that. When I stated this fact to one of the front desk workers, (Caucasian women with many tattoos, long hair, and unprofessional looking), she became extremely arrogant, bossy, belligerent, condescending, rude, and overall unprofessional, in her tone. She insisted that I had no ¨choice¨. This is when I decided to cancel my membership. I´m tired of rude, and unprofessional people telling me what to do, I´m the customer!!! When I stated that I wanted to cancel my membership the employee became even more belligerent and it seemed she taught, she could ¨beat¨ me into submission and seeing it, her way. But of course not! I do not bow to bullies. When she could not bully me she told me that she was calling the police, threw me out, and told me I was tress passed. This is how low and dirty these people are willing to stoop when they cannot control and intimidate you. The way you handled this situation is unacceptable. You escalated this situation by gas lighting and wanting to intimidate me. You have no customer service skills whatsoever. You are however excellent in destroying your companies business. This disrespectful and unprofessional attitude will not be rewarded and I am cancelling my membership! I do not support businesses like this. You will not see another penny from me! This is what happens when you give positions to uneducated and unprofessional people, the little bit of power they assume goes right to their heads and they will take full advantage of that, and then gladly will offend especially against those who are professional and educated people.

Who ever was working the front desk this morning was rude. They are knowingly over charging for a day pass when it’s cheaper at other Fitness CF locations. I’ve been here plenty of times. It’s not worth a $20 DAY PASS when the monthly membership is not much more.

The employees in the gym are very attentive. Marissa is such a sweetheart she’s very on top of her job and has been very nice to both my sister and I . Ferayli’s is also a babe. Her energy is everything and it keeps this gym up and awoke. Love all the employees in general and Sabrina as well has a heart of gold. She’s my morning girl and does her job with pride 💖💖🥹🥹🥹🥹

Ever since I started here the gym has been very kind and helpful. Very kind community and everyone is judge free. Many machines available for use. 10/10 if you want to start workout. Front desk staff is always friendly especially Ferayli, Colin, Wolf and Marissa.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would. Absolutely bonkers (in a good way) how much equipment is here and how clean and well maintained everything is. Did an entire weeks workout while on vacation just using machines I’d never seen before. Staff was friendly and helpful, week pass price was reasonably priced. Would 100% come back here even though I can get into the nearby PF for free.

I have finally been lucky enough to come across an outstanding personal trainer. It only took Mike one day of evaluation to help me understand all the mistakes I've been making during many years of training. I am very grateful for his dedication and professionalism during said session. I would like to highlight that the management of Fitness CF has been very assertive in hiring a professional trainer who really looks like one... I would also like to mention that the gym facilities are very good and the staff is very friendly. This gym is worth every dollar I've spent... Thanks Mike

The trainer Laura is the best investment this gym could make. The sculpted body, professionalism and knowledge of her make me feel that I am in the best place. In addition, all the staff are super friendly and cordial. The gym is quite large and has good machines and spaces to train

Great gym facility and amazing staff. Only thing I would love to see is more mirrors in the gym, especially in the functioning area room where there are no mirrors

Despite how selfish I want to be and keep this place unknown/to myself, I decided to leave a review.From just strictly a gym-goers perspective who wants to get a good session in (I’m a member via insurance and therefore haven’t had the troubles that seemingly numerous others have had with accounting which caused them to leave negative feedback)this place is the best equipped and least tacky atmosphere of the chain gyms in Central Florida.No “influencers” recording themselves, no random floor plan that leaves you staring into the souls of strangers, no there’s-only-one-of-these-machines available forcing you to halt your workout. No waiting for a front desk guy who’s running an hour late to open the gym up (thank you many times over, 24 hour fitness on Kirkman)The sauna is consistently blistering hot and operational (looking at you EOS, Crunch, YMCA Doctor Phillips).It’s just a solid gym and I hope it remains the same inside regardless of whatever future companies take this place over.
