4.5 if it were allowed on Google. My first time there . All the equipment you need, friendly staff, clean. Just lacked the energy and vibe of a serious gym. Great environment! Loved the vibe and the staff was awesome. Super clean. If there was one thing to improve it would be to organize the plates a little better. I know that's a member issue and not management, but still...

The gym itself is pretty good, the dumbbells go up to 125lbs (not great but better than some other gyms). The worst thing is if you only speak English you're screwed. Learn to speak Portuguese/ Brazilian and Spanish then you can communicate with other members and trainers. The front desk workers are friendly enough (unless you happen to encounter the manager - she's not friendly at all and won't make eye contact when communicating).Some of the trainers can be nice if you can speak their language.

Awesome gym , been coming here for a few years. Equipment is kept up and is clean.Would like to see motorcycle parking area , especially for Harley’s!

One of the best gyms in Orlando. The staff are very friendly, they have all the equipment you need for a perfect workout, and they’re open 24/7. I highly recommend checking them out!!!

Had a membership here for about 3 months. Lots of equipment, which is great, and 24 hours. But that’s unfortunately where the pros list ends. Lots of trainers who monopolize equipment for their training groups. Weights frequently never get racked back up. Tons and tons of ego here.

Amazing gym with excellent free weights, machines and strongman equipment. A few people seemingly can't read the huge signs saying put stuff back, but the staff came round mid way through our workout and re-racked all the bars and plates.Gym was clean and tidy, and the staff were professional and friendly,
