Had been a member for over a year now. Today I canceled my gym membership. Not only was the staff unprofessional but managers didn’t do much to correct the employee who suggested that I leave. No customer service at all. Need to better express policy to members, not stand in a “ im ready to fight demeanor. Definitely disappointed.

Everyone knows Planet Fitness! But this location is unique, if an equipment needs care, they don't take too long to change or fix it. The facility went for some construction, and some areas were closed, but it was for improvement, so it was not a burden at all. Friendly staff and the best of all: judgement free zone!

I have had a membership at this Planet Fitness for many years and hadn't been in four years due to medical issues. I was impressed how clean the gym was when I finally went back the other day. I recommend this gym for anyone who wants to benefit their health.

This gym is always clean with access to great equipment for full body work outs. The crowd feels good too, never crowded either. The employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this gym.

I was impress on how clean these gyms are, I just joint recently about a month ago, coming from other gyms. The other gyms are all trashy and the equipment are all absolute very old. I have the black card and did visit other gyms around town. They are all very clean and the machines they have are very modern. The only thing they need are more free weight machine or equipment. That is all they need to be the BEST in our area.

I would like to commend a Gentleman who works here named Jose. Jose is a Manager at this Planet Fitness. I have been to a plethora of gyms and fitness centers throughout the last 40 years of my life all around this Country. I have never written a review about a Gym Manager ever before. Jose is the embodiment of customer service. He is enthusiast, kind, and has an inviting spirit that welcomes you every time you walk into the gym. I have never seen a manager work harder than him. He cleans the windows, mirrors, and equipment on his hands and knees with a smile. Jose is always in a positive mood. Jose is always engaging and encouraging to his fellow employees and gym members alike. This individual deserves to be recognized and promoted. There are very few people that check all the boxes and he is one of them. We always hear negative feedback in this day and age we live in. I truly hope Jose gets to read this review for himself. Planet Fitness is very fortunate to have a Man of this Stature working for them. Jose illustrates exactly what your looking for when it comes to Corporate Management. Drew

I really enjoy working out here! The staff is very friendly and there is plenty of equipment to choose from. The people that work out here are just regular people trying to reach their personal fitness goals not a muscle head gym. Love their slogan "Judgement Free Zone"

Absolutely horrible!! Everything is dirty, broken, out of place, missing, in need of repair and so much more. The staff barely engaged in conversation. Clients were allowed to run rough shod and never put things back nor in the correct place. ALSO, WITH COVID BEING SUCH A PROBLEM, WHY WERE VIRTUALLY ALL THE THE PAPER TOWEL DISPENSERS EMPTY???ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
