I have been to over 500 classes at OTF and the level of workout and support continues to be unmatched. Give it a try and don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. You will get the encouragement from both coaches and others working out.

UPDATE- after 2 months of posting this review I have yet to receive any contact from management. They asked me to email to resolve these issues below and have not responded to a single email. This just goes to show what a train wreck this place is in terms of management. I was also supposed to get a $50 gift card for another referral and never received it- something I missed in my original post.I initially loved the atmosphere and classes, but it is such a scam. Make sure to get anything and everything in writing from the staff. I referred a friend during a promotion where I would get my next 3 months half off ($250 in savings). To get this deal, I helped my friend pay the cancellation fee of $150 at her current gym, thinking I would benefit more from the savings on my membership. Now the desk staff is stating they have no documentation of the offer, although I had two different staff members confirm on multiple occasions. After paying for 2 heart rate monitors and $180 a month, I expect better customer service. I would not recommend unless you have tons of money to throw away

The OTF team here at OP is the best in the metro. The associates up front are always so helpful and friendly and the coaches are there to support and encourage you!

The OTF team is fantastic and the workouts are consistently challenging, no matter how many times I attend. The coaches are motivating but not overbearing, and all are knowledgeable in the exercises that we are involved in.

I just had my first class the other day and I am already hooked!! The energy of the class/environment was exactly what I’ve been missing by always just working out on my own and I love the concept of being able to follow my heart rate and where I need to be at to get the most out of my workout. The welcoming/front desk staff were great with getting to know me and my goals and walking me through all the basics. Then there was the coach, Matt! Matt is AWESOME!!! He was very welcoming, and really spelled Everything out for me prior to the start of class. Throughout the workout he would check in on me frequently and give me tips and encouragement and lots of fist bumps! His energy was infectious and honestly, is one of the selling points as to why I will now be a regular at Orange Theory!!

I’ve been going to Orangetheory for 1 1/2 years and love it. The coaches and staff are friendly, positive and fun. Familiar faces have turned into friends. My body has transformed, I’ve strengthened my core which has led to less back and knee pain. I usually don’t stick with workout places, but can’t see that happening here.

My rating is based on the management (not sales associates) and customer service. I’ll call and leave voicemails about time sensitive issues and will never get a call back. Or I’ll call and a manager won’t be available so I’m promised a call back, never receive it until I call yet again and they decide to take me more seriously. Been a member for four years. Ever since the new ownership AFG came in, I have had so many issues recently at this studio with many members agreeing. It’s becoming too corporate. I do love the coaches though!!! Although they’re slowly getting rid of all of the community favorite ones. I know coaches that left because of the new ownership. All about money to them. Will say that after disclosing a very personal matter to the highest person I could talk to, they did work with me and I appreciate the attentiveness from one of the franchise owners. The workout and coaches are so good that I’ve put off canceling my membership as i go 5-6 days a week because it’s 5 minute from my house. Recommend the workout but not this studio.
