I have worked out at this location since shortly after it opened. I've never had a bad experience to this date. It's clean and I haven't experienced broken machines like at some of the other PF locations.

Everything I need in a gym. Friendly and professional staff for starters. Excellent value for the memberships offered. Very clean. Plenty of workout equipment and exercise machines to choose from. Good atmosphere. The clientele is attractive, motivated and pleasant to be around. Hell, I’d move into this place and pay rent if I could. For one thing, I wouldn’t have to worry about buying a TV. They’ve got lots of ‘em!

The very friendly staff always make sure to greet you as you come and go. You don't get this at all locations. You always see employees actively cleaning the gym and equipment which is great; the gym is always clean. No issues with equipment being broken or not working properly. Overall, very pleased with this location!

Very clean. Friendly staff. I'm a black card member so I appreciate the perks at this location and the front desk staff has always been welcoming and receptive. I appreciate that they keep the paper towels stocked and the cleaning supplies topped off without asking. This location is well organized and easy to navigate through equipment. I like the fact that they have at least doubles of all of the equipment. I've never had to skip my routine because people are sitting on equipment. Good mix of people here.

Everyone is so friendly and very visible on the floor. I see staff cleaning constantly and the Black member card services are always really available.

Great Gym with extremely helpful staff. Only problem is that they open at 6 am! Joined it because of its 24hrs schedule. Hope they open up at least at 5 am so one can get there before work.

been a member of alot of gyms- thought i would give PF a try on a guest pass- was blown away by the machines and how smooth they were etc, plenty of cardio - never a wait- and the cleanest gym in town- the crew does a great job- esp, Richard- very friendly and helpful ! will and have reccommended.

Honestly one of the best PFs in the KC area . New equipment, clean, no crowds in the evening times when I go. Staff is nice and greets you at the door . Experience is always nice there .

It’s a clean environment and employees for the most part very friendly and respectful. My only concern is that I signed up for 24 hrs and I’m forced to either miss workouts or travel further to access a gym. When will it be open for the night owls again?
