Terrible Customer service. Today they did not honor a promotion they had displayed in their store. I was told that's the way it was going to be. I had to call corporate to file a complaint.

Charles one of the employees there was extremely rude over the phone. Terrible experience and will definitely stay away from this location because of him.

just like all other 24s, very pathetic. A lot of their machines are missing pins so everyone just take pins from other machines and the whole cycle just keeps repeating so many machines aren't in use and it has been like this for months and so they clearly aren't in a rush to fix anything.

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Manager has a huge ego problem & will basically say F off if he doesn’t want to help. Also expects you to know their policies hour times off the top of your head cause it’s “common sense” even though he stated “every 24 is different”. Don’t join this gym you’re better off joining somewhere else or working out at home.
