It’s usually Mondays that I go to Zumba class with Liz. For the last few weeks there hasn’t been any activity at 6:30 pm and to drive back and forth is hectic, my suggestion would be to mark this class as canceled since it takes so many steps to actually get a human being on the phone. Please just let us know if there’s a problem with this classes. This is why there’s an app. The 5 stars review is for Liz the instructor she’s awesome than you

I'm really disappointed with this location, from non working water fountains to tasting sweat in the pool because it doesn't have enough chlorine, it's really upsetting. They don't have a functioning clothes dry ringing device in the women's locker room, they have poor water pressure for the showers and the one for the swimming area is also barely functioning, there's a whole in the wall that's been there for several months. Their medicine balls in the upstairs area are really flat. The upstairs restroom smells like UTI city. We , as members pay so much money so that we can come to a location where things should be working and clean. It doesn't look like they value member retention at all.

Equipment maintenance: 1/10Restroom maintenance: 1/10Sauna/ Steam Room maintenance: 1/10Overall this gym does not maintain or care about anything. I cannot get a proper workout because things like machines and yoga room equipment aren’t taken care of nor are they replaced/ fixed.Do not get a gym membership here. I made the mistake of paying annually and I regret it!!!!

I see why 24 hours is going down hill. They were close to go to bankruptcy at some point. I was a member for over 10 years and stop using 24hours fitness and I went back but that gym at the collection is not really a gym. Either the owner or manager need to steepup their game. Seems over crowded but still plenty of space to workout, except I only saw one leg press machine, dumbbells they need to hav rachs with dumbbells by benches and another set by the turf/ area. I couldn't do any exercises with less than 50lbs db cause. I didn't find any set available. Pretty sure most of us can lift 25-70lbs when starting out.US for us gym goers we need to put a little of our part to keep cleaning machines after each use it doesn't cost anything instead of texting or grabbing your phone all the time. Take 15 seconds to clean after your sets and rerack weights., of course gym need to have paper and cleaning bottles at all times and start putting flyers on walls for the lazy to rerack and so others can use them. By the way water water stations are broken. Time to revamped that gym.I kinda want my money back since I just signed up 3 days ago for a year membership. Haha!

To the "owner". Rule enforcement is in dire need, especially with over crowding becoming more and more an issue. Especially after 8pm. Shoes are ALWAYS worn in the sauna and steam room. Street clothes worn in the pool. I've even seen shoes worn in the pool on more than one occasion. Weights are always all over the floor not being used. Slamming weights on the bare floor instead of on the provided pads shaking the whole gym every night. Groups of people using machines as furniture. There needs to be an employee constantly rotating all areas, once again ESPECIALLY at night after 8, enforcing these rules until people understand. I'm not even sure why there are so many employees during the day when the vast majority of the members are there at night.

I’m new to the gym now on my tenth day..at first was somewhat afraid but the employees were very nice and helpful! Been seeing results slowly but surely, it does get crowed but as long as you focus on oneself and be ready to wait for your next available machine you’ll be fine ! Great atmosphere
