Nice Navy gym for active duty Navy and Navy employees/civilians. Full court basketball, sauna, lots of cardiovascular equipment and weight machines. Aerobics room. Helpful recreation assistants.

A bit small but suitable. Though having appointments during COVID does has the benefit of minimal personnel, and choice of weights and equipment, the restrictions to always wear a mask and being limited to 40 minutes is challenging. Overall, the gym is sufficient to do anything one needs physically and I like the staff.

A good gym with decent variety. Can get crowded around lunch and mid afternoon.

It had all that I needed to conduct a proper workout. The hours of operation could expand a little but I'm not complaining. The location was clean, there are showers and a basketball court.

If you're into weight-lifting, then this gym has better and more equipment for that compared to another base gym. Staff are friendly, and the locker rooms are large.
