This place and the owner are wonderful. This is a class that is subtle and powerful. Marybeth breathes energy and light into the class and gives powerful cues for helping with alignment and adjusting your body in different poses. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, strong and so wonderfully open. Honestly so glad that I picked the studio to visit while I was in town. ❤️

Maribeth Hammond is a gem. She’s the wisest and best in the county (and beyond)in my opinion . She’s the reason I teach yoga and the reason I keep coming back here every summer .I also enjoyed taking from Heidi And Flea, who both trained under Maribeth and Are wonderful teachers in their own right . I'm so happy I found Auroras studio its a wonderful gem right at the Silver Strand beach. Anytime I visit It feels like coming home. All the teachers are amazing and make you wanna come back. I was part of their Yoga teacher training recently and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go deeper into yoga knowledge. Even if you don't want to teach this is going to be an uplifting experience you wont forget :)

Perfect place to come back to one’s mat! Came to Silver Strand Beach for spring break and got a 5 class card to use while I was in town. Great instructors and nice variety of classes.
