Hands-down the best gym I have ever been to and I have belong to many gyms. First off, the staff is friendly, always willing to help always smiling. The gym is clean the bathrooms are super clean compared to other gyms. They always have someone there cleaning. Other than having everything you need it comes to weight lifting, cardio and classes, I noticed when a machine breaks down they fix it within 1-3 days. I brought friends to the gym and they are super impressed. Probably the most successful gym in Ventura county. Very happy there! I re-signed up for three more years and they gave me a killer deal.

I asked to cancel my membership I specifically asked Don Tan to do it for me and a month passed and I got charged twice asked Don for a refund and waited a week and nothing then I try to get a hold of Don and he wouldn’t answer he would give me the run around would tell me he would call me back and take care of me I waited another week and nothing it took me to call my bank to get my money refunded very disappointed in the way he took care of me never again am I dealing with this gym or staff and I don’t recommend it either. They will say I wasn’t a member or try to clean this review up but it’s not going to work I have my gym pass on my keychains still
