One of the worst buying experiences that I have had in the last 20 plus years! Staff inflexible, management inflexible..forced me to purchase on line to obtain a 10 percent discount only to have online store supply and ship the wrong item. Now they want me to pay full price without sale plus tax which original did not have. Cruz I had the item in my hand to purchase and walk out the store a happy customer but they would cooperate.

Only 4 stars because checkout line was long and did not appreciate the pushy salesperson luring customers to sign up for a $25,000 giveaway as a pretense to get you to prepay for a vacation at a BassPro resort. Very unseemly.On the upside, it was a very nice store, large, clean and well laid out, although not sure the live gators are enjoying captivity in a less-than-ideal "pool" area.

We love coming to Bass Pro Shop with our toddler.She loves the alligators outside and the aquarium inside and loves seeing the fishes and all the animals she can spot in the store!

Stopped in for some fishing equipment, they had exactly what I was looking for, and I was in and out in record short time. Then I stayed for a while longer just to look around. You know, it's a guy thing.

Great exterior loved the live gators!! However we actually went in there for kayak accessories seats etc and sadly there weren't any lol but overall nice store

If you are going to be doing anything outdoors that involves nature, then you should stop by. They have something for everyone. I was looking for a new fishing hat and they had about a dozen different varieties of the type I was looking for. Sometimes being able to go in and touch things IS better than online shopping. This is also just a cool place to walk around and explore.
