NLF is a welcoming environment to exercise. The workouts are always different and can be modified to fit different skill levels. Staff is supportive and hands-on.

I've been a member of No Limit Fitness since 2014, and I've enjoyed watching it evolve into the small group sessions it offers today. The trainers I work with most frequently are Mike and Jordan. Their commitment stands out—they know when to challenge you and when to provide support, ensuring each workout is effective and enjoyable (with a hint of sarcasm included). I’ve tried other gyms, but nothing compares to the atmosphere, equipment, trainers, and clients at NLF! 5 stars all the way!

I cannot say enough great things about this gym! No matter where you are starting in your fitness journey, you will immediately feel welcomed at No Limits Fitness. The environment at this gym makes me excited for my workouts! There is ALWAYS a personal trainer there to make sure that your form is correct to prevent injury, and to answer any questions you have! I started going to NLF the beginning of this year and have seen a personal growth in myself I haven’t had anywhere else… this place is an absolute GAME CHANGER! <3

This gym is fantastic! Mike and the team do a great job planning mixed workouts for strength and endurance. I. Just completed the 45 day fasting challenge and it has changed the way I even look at food.3 years ago I started on a journey to loose weight. I was successful, but keeping it off was always a challenge. After the 45 days with intermediate fasting, I lost about 12lbs, but the program is so easy to just keep going afterwards. The knowledge here is amazing.

I have been going to No Limits Fitness for about a year now and absolutely love it! Mike and the trainers really take the time to know you as a person and help you achieve your goals. It’s not like your typical/cliche gyms, “Hi and Bye”. It’s so much more welcoming and your workouts are designed specifically for YOU!I recently did a program with NLF called 45 strong and it was life changing! The program is done but I’m still continuing to follow the regiment because I love the results. I get married this September and NLF AND 45 strong are helping me reach my wedding and lifetime goals!
