Terrible customer service at the firearm area. I bought a gun online for the first time and the bass pro employee was super rude when I went to pick up my gun 3 days later and told me that I couldn’t pick up the gun and that i had to wait another day. I called few days before I went to pick up my gun and the information that employee gave me were completely wrong… I’m very disappointed. If you don’t know how to do your job just go somewhere else…I do not recommande buying a gun at bass pro shop. You can tell that certain employees like that lady don’t care about their jobs and absolutely no customer service. If I pay a lot of money for a firearm, I expect the customer service to be perfect.

The store was so clean. The shelves were stocked. We had so much fun shopping. It was better than Christmas. All of us found something that we wanted. The employees were out to please. Great experience.

Worked at this store for 3.5 years and always go back to shop whenever I'm in the area. Great people and an awesome store. Manny and his team in Tracker Service make the best boat shop in the area!

Great store and great selection of gear and other items. They have a great selection of wood logs, chunks, and chips and charcoal as well. My only knock is that no one has offered me help when I'm in there and the one time I needed some help I asked an employee and they said sure let me look ya and I never saw the employee again.

This is a really nice big and clean Bass pro shop. It was built before the area got super popular so it's not as huge, as the Springfield Missouri Bass pro but it definitely has everything that you need for this areas hunting, fishing, in other outdoor needs. And everybody loves the pigs and Gators out front. I don't think I've ever seen such active gators in captivity... in Florida.. they're very entertaining.

What a great store! Its always clean and neat.The people are always friendly and cheerful and always able to answer questions. I really enjoy shopping there. Hunting or sports, fishing. What a great selection of products. You will not believe the decorations, beautiful. Take a camera. Well worth a visit.

Awesome store! My husband and I had family visiting during Christmas. We wanted to show them how awesome the store is. When we all got to the entrance of Bass Pro my husband handed them each some money to go buy a Christmas gift for themselves. You should have seen their faces! Differently very Happy and surprised!

Gator pools and hog pens out front. Large freshwater aquarium inside. A large single story Bass pro with a boat sales department and large inventory of clothing.
