"Don't judge a book by it's cover" is what I thought when I walked into this gym. Must admit, this strip center is not in the best shape, which is why it took me some time to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. There is plenty of equipment for all levels of your ability. I have been very happy here and never feel unsafe. 🙂

So sorry for such a poor level of hospitality, which we have experienced in this location. Most unfriendliest staff member Nathan (Frontdesk) will turn away customers.Came to join with my husband, but after such an unpleasant conversation with Nathan wouldn't come back. Be aware!

Meh! It’s big and modern/updated. Not enough chest equipments. No machine for lower chest. Machines are constantly breaking down and need to be fixed. And it’s usually freezing cold. Don’t even feel like I worked out.

It's still early. Only my second gym visit...So far, it's just okay. The ambiance is good. The priceThere are 3 plans.Basic plus monthly dues is 24 + registration fee 129+ annual enhancements fee per year 39.Platinum is 35+99+29.Platinum plus 49+99+19.There are family add on discount and build your own plan. ...Take note of the hydro massage not being unlimited. You can only use it once a day, which is totally a bummer, unlike at P gym, which is really unlimited. And until front desk hours only. ...Equipments I think it's good for weightlifting people. They have many classes. Indoor Basketball court just seen it.Sauna was great. The tan section has 2-3 rooms. I haven't tried and am not interested. The hydro massage, as I said , is a bummer. Only once day and needs front desk to be able to use it which means 9pm I think. ...The lockers and showers room seems basic clean. ...The service is good...Let's see after some time if still the same . ...

Worst gym I've ever joined, I cancelled and sent medical proof of my reasons. Half a year later, I see that they have not only continued to bill me but won't let me submit documentation anymore. Customer service is useless and barely available.

It’s a great gym just the front desk employees always give off bad antisocial vibes, but all other staff seemed friendly. Even at planet fitness I’ve never met people so great.

Best gym in the area. I’m visiting from NYC and spent the week trying the local gyms. Large space, well maintained equipment, and friendly staff. $10 day pass is well worth it. Will be back again.

This review is mainly for Sweat PT. Baileys is great too and their staff is so darn sweet and they always say hi and they're ready to help. Very professional. Destiny makes me the best smoothies and is so patient when I don't know which one I want and she is very easy to ask to change a thing or 2. I appreciate you girl!Sweat PT is amazing. If you're thinking about trying personal training, give them a try. Nate, sorry forgot your title I think he is the Director here and a couple other locations. Incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to go through all my questions and really helpful and nice guy. I've had other questions and he really took the time to give me great information. He matched me perfectly with my trainer Steve. But he had back ups in case it didn't work out.Steve knows what he is doing. I'm so impressed. He is the best trainer I've ever had in maybe 20 plus years of hiring trainers. He is so patient and makes sure I'm doing the move correctly, and I notice a huge difference. I wanted to lift heavy, and he goes well sure we can but you wanna try what I'm gonna come up with for you. That's right he actually creates a personal program for you! Not some template workout. And he challenges me but also is helping me with my weak areas. He remembers your injuries and notes. This man is very good. At the end of a set he noticed my ROM was struggling and he gave me the option to do an ROM workout or continue. I gladly chose the ROM.I was sick today and missed my session, I told him to charge me but because he actually cares, he will try to accommodate you to change the session. He cares and it shows. I'm so excited to work with him. Even if I give him grimacing looks because he makes me do hard things lol. Really happy with this choice, and there's alot of motivation here. Other members are nice too. Lots of equipment and options. You'll find everything you need here.

This gym could be so much better. (I have only used the St Augustine facility)Pros:Clean, open all day, good parking, moderately expensive.Cons:Lousy music played way to loud. You will need very expensive noise cancelling headphones. Why play music when most people don't listen to it or like it? They never play classic rock, country, oldies, or even jazz. It is all music for "urban" teens, which is weird, because the average age there is about 60.The air conditioning is terrible, unless you pay extra for a special exercise room. The front office is cooler than the gym......go figure! They do not maintain the equipment. They let it wear out or break, risking injury to the customer. They do not enforce any rules. They allow the muscle beach meat heads to reserve multiple pieces of equipment so they can "superset". Not good when it is crowded, which is most of the time.Bottom line...... This gym is very similar to PLANET FITNES, which costs about half as much. I joined Bailey's because they had better air conditioning, but now the Bailey's AC is worse. I will be leaving Bailey's at month end.
