I started my fitness journey with pilates about 2 months ago. I started with no prior experience and Gayle made me feel welcome and not intimidated by the reformer. I am getting stronger and more confident in every class. The classes and environment are encouraging and fun. What more could you ask for?! So glad I made the decision to give this studio a try!

Beach Barre Fitness is a wonderful studio to use. Gayle is a fantastic instructor who is motivational and energetic. Gayle can coach in fitness as well as holistic practices which you don't find everywhere. I highly recommend this studio for anyone who cares about their health and want to stay fit and healthy.

I have always wanted to try the reformer, so I was excited to try the Reformer Flow class. I was NOT disappointed. Gayle is a fantastic instructor, and was great at helping me as a beginner. I am only living here for another month before moving in to our new home in St Augustine, but I signed up for a 10 class pack so that I can take the reformer flow class every T & Th! I can see myself driving down from St Augustine just for this class - it's THAT good.

Gayle keeps every class fresh by introducing new routines and offering modifications for moves; her classes are a total body workout with cardio, pilates and barre.

The program is amazing with equally amazing results. Gayle the owner/instructor is outstanding in every way. She demonstrates and encourages you as a group and individually. The program has helped me with medical issues, including the relief of hip pains. The studio is exceptionally clean, well kept and organized.
