This was one of the only real gyms in the area when I was traveling. The owner was super responsive and the gym was GREAT! Has everything you need. Would 100% recommend going here.

Great local gym. I wanted to train at a place that was not a planet fitness or another crowded chain. They offer week and day passes if you are in town for a short stay. Well worth the price to train here for a week and it is 24/7. If you train in bodybuilding, powerlifting, or want an old school gym feel this is the place to go.

Solid gym. Nice people. Pretty old school, but with some great equipment that isn't at most gyms. I don't see why anyone would go to planet fitness over this place.

One of the only places around the area that not only has a great 24:7 system, friendly staff and great environment but also has a great selection of equipment using solid old school raw weight. Definitely helps stay in the zone and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

This is one of the best gyms I have been too. If your looking for a family owned business with your best interest at heart this is the place. This gym is full of highly educated individuals who are willing to help at anytime. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love the gym and the people. Travis and Alie are great and do an awesome job keeping the gym in order! The energy is always uplifting and motivating!
