My young daughter and I attended class (her kids yoga and I attended an adult class at the same time) and we both absolutely loved it! Great environment, everyone is friendly and my daughter had such a great time she keeps asking when we will go back. Really excellent!

I always practice yoga at Hot Yoga Lounge with my daughter in law when I'm in town and we ALWAYS have a fabulous experience! The atmosphere accepts and meets everyone where they are in their practice and yet Heather gently encourages us to step a little further outside of our comfort zone. Love this place!

Best yoga studio ever. Amazing teachers for all levels of practice. I was able to start with very little practical yoga knowledge and work my way up to more advanced postures with their guidance. The classes always make me feel centered and are an incredible way to start (or end) a day.

Absolutely love this studio! I love coming here I love the instructors, they're so knowledgeable! If you're looking for a good workout and fun you need to come to the hot yoga lounge you won't be sorry!

Dara’s classes bring so much more to the mat along with the postures performed. Her words of encouragement and guidance to listen to what you need on a day to day basis gives room for growth for each yogi. You will come to her class, practice and leave with something much greater. Come to HYL and find the magic you already have inside ♥️

Heather was kind enough to do a private lesson on the beach for my sister's bachelorette party. We loved how Heather challenged the group while letting us attempt fun poses. Highly recommend taking a class with Heather!

Amazing first time yoga experience! Definitely recommend this place. The poses weren't too hard and the instructor was very nice and friendly.

Instructors are knowledgeable, This is a must if you visit Palm Coast. If you love being healthy or if you have pain you need to come here. I've never felt better than I do now. Bar bells are good but yoga is better

This establishment has changed my life in a way I never dreamed possible. Discovering the restorative and rejuvenating power of yoga is a blessing for which I will forever be grateful. The owners and staff of Hot Yoga Lounge are the "warmest" people I've ever met, and they maintain a professional atmosphere. The instructors are great at making beginners feel comfortable which is what kept me coming back, along with the ever-increasing challenges of the practice. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.
