Very supportive leaders that have been helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. I strongly recommend anyone in the greater Palm Coast area check them out if you are interested in jiu-jitsu, martial arts or fitness in general.

Very professional team atmosphere everyone there was more than willing to help you out. Instructor was extremely knowledgeable and treated you with utmost respect. Space was clean and very inviting. Would defiantly go back and recommend to friends.

Awesome person and awesome teammate. I’ve known Damian for more than 2 years. As a teammate he was a great aid in my growth. He never hesitated in answering my questions or being a resource in and out of the training room. During my run in the PANS he provided a training environment to aid in my preparation for the tournament. As a result, I took 2nd Place in my weight and belt class.

Palm Coast Combat sports is a great place to train. The instructor is great and makes everyone feel welcome, awesome with kids as well. Jiu Jitsu is a great workout and a valuable martial art.

If you want to get a great workout, or if you want to get better with any grappling or fighting techniques, this is the place to go. The instructor cares about each individual and recognizes strengths and weakness and is great at shaping everyone to get where they want to be. Feels like family when your there. 10/10

I started training here shortly after moving to Florida and it has been an incredible source of community. The atmosphere there has also challenged me to grow mentally and physically. I definitely recommend checking it out for yourself!!
