Thank you to the staff for making me feel welcome while visiting. The layout is different from my home gym and the gym is busy, but the staff is friendly and welcoming. Glad to be able to keep working out while in Ormond this week.

This planet fitness only has 2 lifting benches and space for way more than 2. It's also weird that the locker room is upstairs and the relaxation area is in the open. Kinda crowded. Employees were nice, tho. Overall strange setup.

Was a little disappointed while visiting this location while on our vacation. Out of the three days we visited, only once were we greeted by someone behind the desk. Equipment worked great, just could use an update on most if not all. Staff needs to pay more attention to the members who are occupying equipment, but not using it. Over all this location suited the purpose of what we wanted and needed.

People are complaining that when you sign up online and you use your card, they're charging you memberships twice a month sometimes and taking extra fees out without even notifying you

I know all the planet fitness are individually owned by their owners. But I wish they all had the same rules. And I wish they was not require your checking and routing information. When people ask for checking routing information makes me think they want to steal money out of my bank account. I never give that kind of information to anyone and that a gym is asking for it it's disconcerting.

This place was good up to I meet the supervisor. She is bad service to customers. I don’t recommend it. Not know how work with customer or resolve a problem. She needs more skill to be successful. Sad this happened to me . I wish the owner contacted me true my email . My passion is workout 🏋️♀️. And she make things harder for people . 😞

I have been a member since May if this year an I have to say i am very pleased with this gym. The employees are nice an other members in the gmy are nice they've helped me understand certain machines i didnt know how to use. Also i have 2 bad knees so i cant go up stairs to use the showers but whats nice is that they have a ahower downstairs in the handicap bathroom so for me that is a huge plus.

This gym has everything I need to be successful on my fitness journey. The employees are cordial and the members are courteous based off my experience. Sasha was very helpful when I first inquired about getting a membership and always greets with a smile.
