My twins have been training at Spartan's for almost 2 years now. They love it!! It’s a great place for the entire family to train Jiu-Jitsu. Very clean & welcoming environment.whether you’re a beginner or already advanced, there are classes and people for all the different levels. Once you walk through the doors you are with the family. The instructors Igor and Ryan are top-level professionals and legit human beings, with no egos 🙌🏾 and sooooo good with kids 🥰10/10 would recommend spartan Academy to anyone of any age who is trying to learn self-defense or get a six pack 😄

After the pandemic lockdown, I had gained a lot of weight. Then, I had started BJJ here and lost almost 40lbs! Not only that, I won three championships! One of them at the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF)! The Professor not only teaches great techniques, he also teaches and practices great discipline. Totally glad to be a part of the Spartan Academy team!
