Michelle was great! Super nice and helpful.Got a membership without requesting for a tour prior, that was bad idea.The gym is big, but the pool/jacuzzi area is not clean so unfortunately I will cancel my membership.I was picturing a nice, clean, good-smelling jacuzzi and a beautiful clean pool with fresh water. I don’t know when the water was last changed, seems like a long, long time. Nobody was in the pool and the jacuzzi but the gym was packed! I’m pretty sure if you asked any client what they think about it they would all say the same thing. Come on, you got to do something.

I started going to in-shape when they first opened ! It was awesome! Now it’s too crowded ! I’m a senior and slightly disabled so it’s difficult to wait for the equipment! Not going back! Oh and the staff was nice, now I guess they are too frazzled they show no concern!

So far the best in the Antelope Valley, it could use more bench presses and squat racks. However it is very well taken care of, some of the cleanest locker rooms. This stands above its competitors, Lancaster’s 24HR Fitness & ANY Crunch Fitnes do not stand a chance. This could be considered an elevated gym experience vs any other gym in the Antelope Valley.

The pool area shower has bugs and mosquitos, other then that I like the gym.

joined In-Shape in west Palmdale approximately 5 months ago . Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly helpful staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone. Asha the Club Manager very professional and friendly. Thank you for an outstanding job a five star overall.
