equipment is always broken and missing. Weights are very poorly racked. Closing at 8 on the weekends is very disappointing. Even 11 on weekdays is sad. If you can afford the extra 10 dollars a month I'd go to 24 hour or universal fitness. Been going for the last year due to living right next door and being on a family plan. Got a 24 hour membership and haven't been happier.

I love this gym it's very clean and organized, my children also love the kids zone. I have heard many people say it's expensive but you honestly pay for what you get. They team is very welcoming and helpful.

I have enjoyed this place for the last year. They have a very good selection of cardio machines and free WiFi which is a definite plus for me as other gyms that I have been to like 24 hour fitness sport did not even have free WiFi. If you are willing to pay a little extra for membership they have a free towel service, massage chair which I feel is a little on the small size for people with thicker lower legs and a aqua massage bed which is very customizable that I love. They also have a pool, sauna and steam room but one of the biggest downsides of this place is the parking is terrible with their be little to no parking spaces open whenever I arrive and the gym is often very overcrowded inside making it hard to use the equipment you want.

Club is overall, great but they need more clean towels to clean the equipment. The towels are usually extremely dirty in the upstairs area and not many cleaning towels available. I am still looking into getting a Personal Trainer.

By far the best gym I've been to. I enjoy using the area designed for women. It's very encouraging. Very friendly staff. Cleaning equipment is conveniently located at each workout station. Two thumbs up for inshape Palmdale West.

Vastly over crowded unless you want to work out at 5am (because even though hours start at 4, staff seem to forget to open on time). None of their staff are very helpful or attentive, and I was given vastly incorrect information regarding my membership prices based on promotional information. I've had to call this location multiple times but it was all completely pointless because I never got any consistent information or calls back. Other gyms in the area can cost a little more, but I've definitely heard so much better from them and now personally understand why.

Switching over from Frontline Fitness (Monster Fitness) wasn't easy, because I loved Alan who is the owner. He always took care of me and he's always friendly.To speak on my experience at In-Shape, I received a fantastic introduction to the gym and the best way to utilize my time to work out and resources they had to offer. I had a knee injury so I needed to conform my regimen to strengthen muscles necessary for recovery.They offered a free session with a personal trainer as promised, and he was great! He created an exercise plan that fit my needs. I've been working diligently on my goals since then.The rates are reasonable for the amenities they offer and they maintain a clean facility from what I can see. Overall I rated this club five stars, because of my positive experience with the staff and the amenities offered.

Thank You Melissa for being informative, but not pushy. I mentioned I was only interested in the pool and that is what you showed me. My wife mentioned she was interested in all areas of the gym except free weights and that is what you showed her. You explained the monthly payments in easy to understand language and were very thorough with the paper work.Regarding the gym itself, there is always a person making an effort to keep the place clean and the equipment appeared to be in workable order although I personally only care about the pool. I am sure if something did break it would be repaired as fast as it possibly could. I would not expect the gym to employee a full time employee to sit around waiting for something to break.

I absolutely love this gym! Everyone has always treated me well. The trainers are so knowledgeable and the classes are fun! It's always clean and taken care of. I've been going here about 2 months now and can't imagine going to any other gym.

Would have given them a 5 but something is wrong! The soap dispensers in men's shower room ( 4 )seem to have been broken for over a period of time. I did mention it to a person who seemed to be in charge, but nothing was done. One of the massage bed has been broken for I Do believe even longer! The manager of in-shape east side has been doing a great job and runs a very efficient facility, which leads me to believe it may be corporate which is to blame. Staff is professional, friendly, and ready to help.
