This is a great school! We are very happy with the program. They teach with a gentle disciplined style that motivates and encourages my 8 year old to do better in school and home as well as the studio. A truly holistic style of instruction.

The best martial arts studio in Pasadena where every student truly is a part of the Kenpo 5.0 family! We love the "whole character" approach to karate that this school teaches - they really bring the lessons learned in class into the home, integrating home life, school work and behavior with the karate practice.

This place is great. My 14 year old Daughter has earned her kids black belt working towards her Adult and now I've started My 5 year old Son. This place fosters an environment that is all about discipline, hard work and Family!Thank You to Jeff Speakmans organization and especially to the Sinsei's at the Pasadena studio that have become part of Our close Family.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this karate studio. My son has been enrolled here since October of 2016. He has made tremendous progress here. In fact, he's made more progress here in eight months than he had made in the theee years that we had him enrolled in another studio. The sensei's are young, dedicated and full of energy. Your child will not only learn karate but they will learn essential life skills needed to become successful adults. I would highly recommend this studio, after all it's the best studio around.

We have been part of the Jeff Speakman Kenpo 5.0 family for over a year now and its like a 2nd home for my 6 year old daughter. The instructors are all family and treat the students and thier families as part of their own. The after school staff is great and my daughter has built confidence and learning in this environment has also supported her building strength in the sport but also her character. My family highly recommends this studio because they are not only committed to the students and their families but do much for the community.

Our Family has been participating with Sensei Anto and his instructors (Family members) for over a year and the positive benefits are unexplainable, my 5 year daughter’s self discipline and self control have greatly improved. Kenpo 5.0 plays a large part in her ongoing success and confidence. Probably one of the best decision I've made with my daughter, We love this place and feel as though we are (HYE) Kenpo Family members, Come and join the family!!!!!!, there is nothing like seeing a family grow, I’m Proud to say my daughter train’s at HYE Kenpo 5.0 & I’m sure you would too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
