I love this gym , the only downside is when I bring a guest they have to pay 10 dollars. I usually bring different guests and I think they should charge less .

I’ve been part of this gym for the past 10 years and never had an issue until last month, Anthony was very profesional and educated, he helped me through my cancellation process, i would love to give 10/10, however they need to get rid of a lady named Jocelyn and Tatiana, both ladies are unqualified and have a horrible, unprofessional and unacceptable customer service skill, people like them are damaging the image of this great gym!!, owners need to take actions on that asap!!

This Gym, is basically your will to get fit, if you are looking for a fancy, environment you won't find it here, but this place has all the tools to have success, in addition to be open 24 hours,that plus your discipline will take you really far in your fitness journey.Don't pay to much attention to the little details, and focus on your routine, you can't beat the membership price.I miss this place since I moved to L. A.

This used to be a real weight lifting gym. Been coming here for years. But they took out the iron dumbbells and iron weight plates and replaced them with those plastic ones. Definitely don’t get that same pump and same old school atmosphere like I used to. That’s what made this gym different than the rest. On top of that a lot of the benches are broken. Bring back the iron weights. Or me and a lot of other members will be canceling soon !

I been trying to cancel for2 months before the pandemic and cant because "only a manager can do that" but hes never there and i dont live close, so when i go to cancel, i cant ever cancel.. and now im being charged again after these gyms can open up again, so thats 3 months and counting that im paying for a gym i cant even go to.

Decent gym. Good environment but horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Makes the whole gym visit an uncomfortable one. So ive recently tried to cancel my membership, note that i am not under contract, because i have a move coming and cant make the commute. Before i used to dislike the cancellation process because we had to send the gym a certified letter as to why we'd like to cancel. But now out of nowhere im being told i have to pay a 30 months in advance payment. I was shocked because never have i heard of such a thing and ive been at this gym for a good 2-3 years. Compared to the letter this is outrageous! The employee told me the payment would be for may's payment when its still april. Its ridiculous and if i could give them zero stars i would. Shame, since its a nice gym.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! EXTREMELY RUDE TOO (the owner) I signed up for a 3 day pass to try out the gym, went for 2 days, and on the last day (3rd day), as soon as I walked in, the owner told me the pass is only for 1 day... And said that I couldn’t work out, and had to leave! Then he said.. “or you can sign up” ... Clearly, they just care about your money. Mind you I had shown up already for 2 days already, and all of a sudden they want to act like I’m a new guest.JUST A REMINDER: when you go ONLINE, the guest pass says 3 DAYS, not 1!!!!I highly do not recommend this gym!!!!May god bless you all 🙏🏼

Terrible place. They always have scheme when you try to cancel their membership. Theydouble charge your account and don't even refund you your money.
