I go just for the creatine and glutamate it’s actually a huge gym located in the same parking lot with other stores.If you work or go sad to say I have no images I’ll post them up the next time I visit.

This place was full of warm people! The owner was so nice and friendly. Everything was clean and I also get a massage! The therapist was gorgeous! We will definitely be back!

I've been training here for about 2 & 1/5 months, and it's a true lifters gym.Top notch sanitation, variety of hammer & arsenal machines, Vertical Leg Press! Arsenal Shoulder Press, Pec Fly Plated Machine, The Pit!, the complementary therapeutic office of Hampton, plenty of power racks, awesome core training machines, the Boxing/Kickboxing room part of the FX program/Gold membership etc. Yoga studio, etc.Great amenities here and the value of the pricing shows.Even in crowded schedules, I can still hit fully my entire training program without confinement of space etc.Moreover, the staff here are great, greetful, professionals, & attentive to the members.The owners are awesome folks: they are all about service & giving members what they need.Thank you again, Mr. ERock.Great church of Iron here. 💪💪PS: great shakes here too, that Jersey Shore though.

Not only is POWERHOUSE in Saddlebrook, the best Gym I've ever been to but also the one that feels the most welcoming from the staff to the members.The Gym owner is constantly bringing in new equipment which keeps our excersize routines interesting.Facility is extremely clean and there's multiple amenities offered.Highly recommend "THE HOUSE" for a great workout and experience...

Great staff and ownership " Nothing but the most advanced equipment " I've been there since late January and already 6 more new machines and a very clean gym " I don't feel like I'm in a Donegan " great juice bar and spinning classes "

Fantastic gym! Adal and Omair were both remarkably kind and helpful. They both assisted me with all of the machines and helped me learn quite a number of exercises during our private personal training sessions. Outstanding gym thanks to an outstanding staff!

Amazing gym! I have been to many gyms in the area and none of them compare to Powerhouse in Saddle Brook! They have the top of the line equipment, the friendliest staff, and such an amazing atmosphere! The gym is always so clean and you can tell the members really take care of everything that use. They have plenty of lifting and cardio equipment for everyone. Once you join you become like family!
