HORRIBLE !!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM !!!! DO Not sign up to this gym , they tell you that you can cancel your membership anytime , it’s a lie !!!! I been trying to cancel my membership for over a year and they asked for prof of incapacity and I have sent 5 letters with my doctors documents showing I can no longer work out because I broke my spine ! And they do not care !!! They will keep charging you !!!! This is sad because I can’t even work and they keep charging me and they keep telling me that it’s under review !! For 5 months now !!! What type of ignorance is this ! Please people do yourself a favor and don’t ever sign up to this gym ! I wish I could give 0 stars , and I came to find out I’m not the only person they have done this to ! It’s several people . I’m disgusted ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM!

Gym is ok...if you want to cancel the membership you are in big trouble...call another company (not the gym) multiple times, wait for hours at the phone, multiple emails, charged additional month....a nightmare
