Top Strength Project gym is phenomenal! Despite recovering from a stomach virus, I've gotten remarkably stronger since joining in March through ClassPass. The knowledgeable trainers (especially Maria) and motivating environment have been instrumental in my progress. Highly recommended!

Great gym, great atmosphere, even better owner

Terrible gym wouldnt recommend. Mainly due to the staff being disrespectful towards me in my brief time there. Its 100 degrees in there all the time which I dont appreciate. Place is very crowded and on the weekends forget about it. Hours aren't as good as most other gyms I've been to as well. Overall just not a good atmosphere. Others would obviously disagree as there is a small community there that enjoys to group lift but I dont go to a gym for that. Stay away at all cost

Top Gym for anyone who wants a true workout experience. The equipment is awesome and up-to-date. I just enrolled my stepson and a great program and he's only 15. I can't tell you how impressed I was with this facility and their openness and interest in training anyone with a personal trainer what you pay by session. It is absolutely worth it in my eyes. Even if it's just one or two classes with a personal trainer you learn a lot. I'm sure I'll be there again and I'll update everyone on the new things I learn. You can go online and see other good commentary on this gym.☆☆☆☆☆

I went to The TOP strength project for a strongman event labor day weekend. I have to say the gym was top notch but even more impressive is the culture and the ownership. Steve and Vanessa we both super welcoming and available for everyone. After Steve won the strongman contest he was on his hands and knees cleaning pads and floors you just dont see that many places. If you have a chance to train here you should absolutely drop in for a workout and if you're local this should be your new gym

Honestly the best gym I've ever been to in terms of both equipment (has a GREAT mix of strongman/power lifting/bodybuilding/isolation machines along with recovery/stretching tools) and a great great vibe. Both of the owners are super friendly and so is literally everyone I've talked to in the gym.I only wish I lived closer and I would make this my daily gym for sure.

One of the best gyms on the east coast. The owner, Steve, is one of the strongest in New England, and has the trophies to prove it. This facility has great attention to detail. From the red and black color scheme to the all matching York plates. If you're just starting out, this gym will welcome you with open arms. You will find no shortage of equipment no matter what you are training for, all bases are covered from Strongman to powerlifting, or just someone trying to get more fit. It will increase your motivation when you see what is possible, and I can promise you that you will never be the strongest person in the gym. This will push you to work harder and learn faster. Not to mention that all of the really strong people there are very humble and welcoming. Definitely a place to go if you're serious about training, or are just getting started. Effort is respected by everyone here, if you show that then it will be noticed. Not a place you're going to get yelled at for dropping deadlifts or training hard, there are no link alarms. No one is going to judge you for giving honest effort.

I began coming to this gym because I specifically wanted to be a part a 10- week Transformation Program. I had been dealing with some previous exercise-related injuries and was looking for a new approach to working out as well as some nutritional guidance. I can not say enough good things about the experience I have had at The Top Strength Project. The gym itself, is great and has a huge variety of machines and equipment for all fitness levels. More specifically though, I got more out of the 10-week challenge than I expected. Not only were the classes great and challenging, I gained strength, lost body fat and saw definite changes in my body that I haven't seen in years of working out in other gyms. But it is the nutritional guidance, the meal plan and the patience from Vanessa, has been the most valuable to me. I have had trouble committing to these types of programs in the past, but this one seemed almost easy, and it worked! If you are looking to join a friendly and supportive gym environment or are looking for a more supportive approach to making changes, I would highly recommend The Top Strength Project!

Had the opportunity to visit this gym twice this past week. The owner Steve introduced me to everyone when I walked in. All his staff and their clients I met were welcoming and friendly. I felt at home right off the bat. The environment was extremely constructive, supportive, intense without being intimidating . Great variety of equipment. Clients can tap into the expert knowledge of many different disciplines at this gym; strength training, powerlifting, strongman, Olympic lifting, crossfit, etc. I drove an hour to visit the gym- absolutely worth it. Highly recommend
