Recently while working out, we had a tornando warning, as management and customer service associates, quickly intervened and gave us a few different options; Go to your car, or get in the locker room for your safety. The protocol was impressive to me, because they care about the their customers, as well as their own workers. Management has always been stellar, as I have observed many times in the past, with the cleanliness of the facility, and the awesome customer service individuals, that put a smile on your face. TRAVAUGHN is a new associate, but you would never know that, because he handles himself very professionally with the knowledge to boot.
