The manager Natalie at the Grand Prairie location is extremely rude. Had an issue with billing and she was so rude cancelled me and my son’s membership. Supposed to be judgement free please this lady’s attitude and demeanor is awful. Sad that the staff at Grand Prairie and Sheridan agree about her rudeness!

We went there to sign up for a membership and there was no one at the door to greet us. We waited for 5 minutes before leaving. We saw staff go into their closet but unsure if they saw us waiting. We ended up going to different Planet Fitness to set up our membership.

It's a good gym with a good membership price and a good assortment of machines and equipment. It just bothers me that not everyone follows the mask mandate very well
