Disappointing experience. It took almost a month to receive the items that were "in stock". I first received an entirely wrong item randomly and it was 2 weeks later before that was corrected. One of the staff offered to waive the shipping fee, and the owner Jason would not stand by that. He ultimately did not have the actual items ordered and I had to accept a different version. Miscommunication, confusion, and delay were common throughout the entire experience. I will say that when I did eventually receive the items, they were in good condition. Unfortunately, my plan to continue using them for future purchases will be changed.

Great Buy! Great price on the Matrix C5x Climbmill. Machine was damaged at delivery, Will from Pure Fit was very professional. They shipped over the covers, and consoles which were damaged. Answered every single txt, phone call I gave him. Was there following through with the shipment and even when the parts arrived at the facility he paid for an overpriced reinstallation of the Climbmill. Extremely thankful and grateful for Will great experience DEFINITELY will buy again.

I have never met a more unprofessional business owner in my life! The first situation was equipment (2 Keiser performance trainers) that was guaranteed to arrive before a deadline for our grand opening. Not only did the shipment arrive late, but pieces were missing and when trying to get ahold of Jason to handle the situation, he no longer returned phone calls or emails. 10 months later, I replied to an email blast he had released and asked if he was still going to offer the compensation he promised for the late delivery (complimentary spin bike). He replied yes, sent me a list of available bikes, sent me an attached invoice with the complimentary bike, and said “his guys would be in Wisconsin next week”...they never showed. I emailed and he never responded. I called and he answered and when I introduced myself, he had some weird excuse that he couldn’t talk because he “just put some food in his mouth” (why did you answer the phone then?) He’s not reliable, he doesn’t care about the customer, and is extremely unprofessional so this is the only business I would NEVER recommend to anyone!

Jason Smith the owner does NOT stand behind the products he sells. We received treadmills that where not in good clean working order and blamed it on the shipping and it was our problem now. look at the filth under the hood. this was not cleaned or serviced.

The equipment is like buying brand new, the communication from the staff was phenomenal from purchase through delivery!!! And above all, Aaron and Kristin were so amazing to work with on the delivery logistics!!! Well done Pure Fitness Innovations, when I need equipment I will always come to you!!!

Jason is always super easy to get ahold of via text or call. They have tons of equipment to offer, new or used. They service the equipment in a timely matter with efficient, friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and competitive. Even though they are a bit far from the city, we have received the best service from them. They make us feel like we are priority and treat us like family!

From the sale, to delivery and set up; Jason was great to work with. We had some bumps in the road due to weather, but they got the job done. Aaron, Chris and I think Kyle were class acts and professional in moving the piece of equipment to our basement, which was no easy task. We would buy from this company again!!! Thank you all!

I purchased a used, refurbished treadmill from Pure Fitness Innovations on April 18 and picked it up from the location on April 23. Per the listing and in person I was ensured the treadmill was fully operational and had been inspected to make sure it's in working condition. Much to my surprise, after one run on the treadmill the belt stopped working. I contacted a local technician - since we are 90 minutes away - who informed me the motor board was out and would need to be replaced. Upon hearing this I immediately contacted the warehouse but was unable to get a response or a return call for several days. Once I finally reached Jason I explained the situation and provided him with the name and number of our local business so the technicians could discuss what was found. Unfortunately, after following up with the local business, Jason never contacted them. It has now been one week since I have heard from anyone at Pure Fitness Innovations as they will not answer nor return my phone calls. My hope is that any business with integrity and pride in the services they offer would want to at least attempt to make things right, but by the lack of communication and follow-up the only conclusion I can draw is that this business knew the product was not functional and sold it anyway, making no attempts to right their wrong. I will certainly not be doing business here in the future and would not recommend them to others.

I was referred to Jason at Pure Fitness Innovation through another Snap Fitness owner. I found Jason to be extremely professional in communicating the pricing, shipping and delivery date. The pricing was great with the equipment that I received. The equipment; 5 treadmills, 1 Stair Master Gauntlet and two Matrix bicycles were top notch! The delivery team of Kristin and Aaron were also extremely friendly and professional. They delivered, set up, checked the equipment was working properly and cleaned the equipment. I will definitely use Pure Fitness Innovation again for any other equipment for my gym! Thanks, Jason!

I have worked with Jason for several years. He always comes through with the very best equipment at the fairest price. Their installation and service are always top notch. They have highly qualified staff at every level which makes the buying experience that much more enjoyable!
