Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is incredible. I had plenty of space to do my own workouts, never had issues with equipment. I unfortunately had to move but if I could have taken THBC with me, I would have!

I really wanted to love this place. They have tons of equipment and space, open availability, and overall convenience. However, they are stuck between being a place you do your own thing and a class gym. Which if you can't define one or the other becomes VERY frustrating when you're doing your own thing. They don't have dedicated spaces for classes and are in the "general population", so if you happen to be there when they are conducting a class it can be hard to find space. Also, they are very pro-kids. Which I am happy to see however, it's also very frustrating when you're trying to workout and a young kid steals your equipment or is running in front/behind you while you're cleaning 150lbs. They need to have a dedicated space for the classes. Especially when you have young or junior high kids running around. The staff there was generally pleasant and tried to help when needed. I think if you go in the off times like 5am or 9pm this would be perfect but outside of that, not the best place to go.

Best gym in the city. The atmosphere, array of machines and the helpful trainers (especially Heather!) have solidified my strength training routine. Beyond grateful for this place and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Best Gym I’ve been to fasho. People and trainers are nice and fun to talk to. Many competitive and positive athletes which creates a motivating culture. Very functional gym with plenty of equipment to chose regardless of sport/activity. 4.7/5 stars would be more accurate given the lack of neck machines though.

Best gym in the area. Best trainers in the area. Great atmosphere and nice people. The House can help you reach any fitness or athletic milestone. The newly renovated space and new equipment is amazing. It is well located near the Rock Island Trail right off Pioneer Parkway. The House is the best fitness/health decision I have made.

Cool old school gym atmosphere, great place for packing on serious muscle or toning up. Really good selection of things to work out on. Conveniently located just off Pioneer Parkway.
