I know PF is know for their 'no judgement zone'. Which is how all gyms should operate IMHO.But it feels the same as other places.What stands out is the size and quality.So many machines you don't have to wait for any.The app is very cool with its "busy" meter. And I love being able to check in with my phone vs having to carry another bar code tag.The Black Club is a nice touch too. Gives a good value to the upper level membership.

I moved away and they make it incredibly inconvenient to cancel. It takes one button to cancel but they rather take your money for as long as possible.

This club is great, and one of the staff members Brianna always make me feel so welcomed and is so professional when I talk to her. She definitely makes this location shine the nights that she’s there. One of the hardest workers I’ve seen at this location.

I loved it here! Got a great workout and was impressed with how clean it was. Briana at the front desk was awesome! Friendly and super helpful, loved her energy! Will definitely be going back.

I went in at night and worked with Brianna at the front desk about my account. Very welcoming and friendly from the start. Id been having trouble at my old spot fixing it . We’ve been coming in for a few weeks and have made this our regular gym.Clean, very friendly atmosphere, grateful to have the issue finally resolved.

This place is super packed all the time. But there's plenty of machines in the environment is really good. Really great showers here and huge locker area

The gym is dirty. Bathrooms look like they haven't been clean in a long time. There is no toilet paper on any of the stalls. Workers just visiting behind the counter. Very disappointing.

Disappointed with this location, asked to speak to a manager and clearly whoever they passed the phone to was not the manager. I had to ask for the managers name 3 times and still didn’t get it. You really should train your staff on how to answer the phone, they can’t help you over the phone with billing issues DONT bother. I wanted to do the right thing and pay my past due balance, instead, I was told to disregard the past due balance, and then just re-open up a new account at my new “home store.” This speaks volumes of management. Unfortunately I am honest and want to do the right ….shady!
