Sarah is the best! Very welcoming and encouraging.I’m still here one year later, and I’m very content with Sarah’s service. She makes the gym atmosphere a much more welcoming.

I promise anyone new or old this is the place to go! When i say its a second family i mean it from Sarah greeting you when you first walk in and ask you how your day was to coach getting you started of course after wonderful sarah has gotten you nicely situated. Even the boxers/ trainees are great definitely recommended. 6 months later still here loving it🤞🏾

Best boxing gym I’ve been to. All the coaches are really cool lots of cool people there as well. The best thing is that u can choose ur payment every month. And Sarah the lady at the front is really chill and she’ll help you with all the questions u have.
