A clean place, good vibe and customer service is so far friendly. If you’re in Perris, try this club. Not bad for 1$ initial fee and only 10.00 per month.

Like this gym, but the only thing I don’t like is that they only have 1 butterfly weight machine. They have 2 of each weight machines except for this one and is always occupied.

New general manager Hawkins suck! Been going here for years and no one ever asked me to provide an ID on file. New general manager told me I can't come in until I put ID on file. I said I have no problem showing you my ID but you're not putting it on file. No one else uses my membership but me. And they just lost three memberships myself my wife and my daughters because some stupid general manager trying to flex his title. They need me, I don't need them. I have two other memberships one with LA Fitness that I've been going to for over 20 years and Fitness 19, which is right behind them, so they're not doing me a favor, just saving me money.

Planet fitness in general has the worst customer service. When signing up you’re put on a 12 month contract without them telling you so it is very difficult to cancel.

This PF got it together. The Black Card area is amazing! It's separated from the main gym and has nice couch and chairs to relax while you can also use the massage chairs, tanning and laying massages. Very peaceful rest area. The staff here are great friendly and the changing room restroom are clean and fully functional. This is a very good PF!!

I enjoy going to this gym to work out. Great selection of machines and weights. The only complaint is that the facility needs a more thorough cleaning more often than it's getting now.I've used certain equipment and seen dust/dirt build up on it.

on 3/20/22 I attempted to pause my account. I followed company protocol and did it in person. (the pause due to my mother being ill and I moved her into my home for 24 hour care) The club manager at the time Claudia Fregoso attempted to help me. As you can see from the attached email she failed. Upon another attempt she, instead of pausing, cancelled my account. Well, Mom has recovered and I can go about my routine once again. I called the Perris, Ca. location to verify she was in and I was gonna bring the business card she gave me. Of course at that time she also stated she noted my account of the error. I was told by the young man that answered the phone that Manager was fired and he continued to give me information that was really none of my business other than she is gone/fired. great. He said there was nothing they could do for me. What did I do??? I followed protocol. Nowhere in your company policy does it show that I am responsible for employee error? So how is it that I am the one that has to pay for Claudia's mistake? I then asked for the manager. I still am not sure of her name. She said either Leanne or Anna. She wasn't clear and was both evasive and short. I again explained that I trusted the STORE MANAGER to simply pause my account. Again, I can not do a thing. I asked for a DM. nope. Corp number? nope. How about you contact them and have them call me back? nope. hmmmmLet me also let ya know I too was a Managing Partner for a major franchisee of Papa Johns. I get it but you still need to find a way to take care of your customers. Nobody wants to be ambushed by unhappy customers. I also owned my own business before I retired at 52 years of age. so back to the matter at hand. What are we gonna do? I simply want my account reinstated. I expect to hear from Vianey Ortega at her earliest convenience. I have proven to be very resourceful.This location is owned and operated by the Taymax Group so if anyone else has an issue you can contact them directly too.

Very clean, but somewhat cramped. Lots of machines for cardio, but not a lot of machines for chest and arm workouts or free weights. Extremely crowded and busy during peak hours, but at least the location is open 24/7. Just need to find a time that works for you best.
