Bunch of dudes that work there. I’m black shirts so I’m amusing their important? just standing around with their hands in their pants. Ridiculous. Clean the floor or something. Waste of money to just have 3 workers doing absolutely nothing.

Finally got the step machines working!! Yay!! Thank you! I'm ready to go now!!!

If i could give zero star i would, they have zero customer service i left my belongings for not long and the managers threw away my stuff it was brand new clothes i had completely forgotten and didnt have the time to come right away let me tell you trufit actually saves them for you and their service is waaaaaay better.basically these people need to be trained better.i will be terminating services with you guys.plus you have to wait a long time cuz they got "free" service for high schoolers and the payers gotta wait.dozens of kids not even working out just talking and sitting on the machines.i am upset and i regret choosing this facility.please be trained better cuz you guys surely dont represent customer friendly serivice.machines broken for months.nobody wants to speak to you just straight, " oh ya we throw away belongings".super upset not pleased a single bit.and management where are they, they didnt even want to give me info who is name of the person in charge here.

I go as a "guest". Mostly Good service from the staff. Sometimes the women cashier aren't as friendly as the men for whatever reason. Clean equipment, friendly gym goers, plenty of machines for my brother and I. 10-$20 a month, can't beat that. A few show-offs & weirdos here and there but overall satisfied with planet fitness.

Impressed with how clean the facility appears and smells. Cecy, starts her morning shift nonstop cleaning and very thorough. Awesome peace of mind that they are doing their part in keeping the members and staff safe. Glad I switched gyms.

Considering canceling my membership and joining somewhere that’s not always full of kids who got in for free. Putting paying customers out is not the way to go. Lately it is always packed and machines are always busy with kids on their phones. It’s seriously become a waste of money at this point. I’m sure once summer ends many paying customers will have gone to other gyms. I recommend going anywhere else.

So dirty environment. There's equipment that has been out of service more than six months. The place is so dirty and smelly. Not to mention the restrooms. This place has new owner since the beginning of the year. So perhaps that explains.

At first, I would say a 10/10, but the second time I came, I convinced a guest to come that "they do not judge there." And after about 30 minutes of working out, some young ladies were pointing and laughing at my guest; I will be lucky if I could convince her to go again. Plus, most of the paper towel dispensers were out. I do not blame planet fitness for the women laughing. But maybe make it clearer that it is not, ok?

Just a tip, summer school kids going to the gym is no problem at all. Can we at least up/increase the machines on the floor ? Groups of 3-4 on each machine is horrendous. Waited 45 mins for one machine, and another 30 for the other. Plan and prepare please 🙂👍🏻 I'll probably just cancel my membership. ✌🏻 …
