It's a nice gym for people who want to work out and feel comfortable in their skin. The staff has always been warm and welcoming when I've gone. A guy named Markus helped me with my membership, super chill and supportive. I recommend this place to all my friends starting their fitness journey.

Some of the staff are not refilling the paper towels and sanitizers also they are not checking the front that everyone that walks in are checking in so some people are coming in free most of the time the employees are not in the front checking and clients have to wait for them to come out of the back room. The place is really small so almost every time i go i cant work out good cause the machines i want to use are either broken or being used. I figured since everyone is paying the maintenance cost the machines should be fixed the next day or two but machines have been broken for more then a month. Staff is okay not rude but also not friendly. I went to the one in mcallen and had a better experience. Only reason i keep coming back to this one is because its closer to my house Would definitely not recommend 🤷🏽♀️

Seems the dress code isn't followed sometimes. Music could be better but I take my own earbuds so it's fine. Gets pretty hot in the afternoon. Something needs to be done about all those people who sit on a machine for over 20 minutes just scrolling away or talking loudly on their phone. By the time I get time on the machine they sat on I've cooled down. Certain times bring in certain crowds so plan accordingly.
