such a great gym and environment. Everyone is so supportive, the workouts are challenging enough to never be boring, and the trainers are all amazing. I go to Chloe and she’s my favorite trainer I’ve ever been to. def recommend!!

G-Strength is my most favorite gym I've ever been too! Coaches Chloe and Daniel are the most wonderful people who support you, and are always there with a helpful attitude. Chloe helps me modify for ever injury I walk in with, and works with me to build up my strength in these areas. This place is definitely a place I look forward to going to each week, for the training and the community!

I can't say enough about my experience with G-Strength. I was extremely hesitant to start working out again after a long hiatus due to fears after my back surgery. The past 6 months have completely changed my outlook. The positivity, encouragement, attentiveness, and tailored approach from the trainers are top notch (shout out Chloe)! They'll work with you to ensure you move at your own pace to reach your goals. Getting in touch with them was the best decision I've made in years. Highly, highly recommend giving them a visit!

Where do I begin with kind words about G-Strength? I’ve been going here since January of 2022. At that point in time I knew absolutely nothing about strength training, and started going there as a way to save my mental health. In the almost two years that I have been a member, my life has changed so dramatically. Not only is G-Strength a great workout, but it has immeasurably raised my self esteem and confidence. The community of other members are so respectful, encouraging and friendly. Chloe and Daniel are such fantastic coaches and great people, who truly care about us inside and outside of the gym. They are knowledgeable and compassionate, motivating without being judgmental or harsh. They are what keep making me want to come back to the gym.Other larger gyms are far too overstimulating for me, full of too many, often impatient, people waiting to get ahold of the equipment in my hands. I love the small group setting, and the personal attention you receive at G-strength. It is a truly unique gym experience.

The owner Daniel is an honorable person. I tried the training session but did not work out due to my working schedule. He refunded me 100%. This is a great place. I will be back if my schedule changes in the future.

I love the small group training sessions and focused attention I receive from this gym. It’s a safe and comfortable place to work out, I never have to worry about finding a machine or equipment to use. The other gym goers are friendly and everyone has good etiquette. Daniel is an excellent trainer, encouraging and motivating but never a drill instructor. So glad I found this place!

I've been going to G-Strength for over a year now. Their small group classes are perfect for building accountability while still getting one on one personal training from your coach. I really can't recommend G-Strength enough!

If you’re looking for a gym that is not only Accepting of all but very supportive, checks-in with you, and really strives to make sure you have your best work out, look no further! G-Strength is the small-group work out I’ve been looking for. I’ve bounced around to many different types of gyms and with this one I know I can get in and out in an hour or less, even if I’m not sure if I can make it, it’s nice I can sign up 30 mins. before. The instructors are SO supportive, always making sure your stance is correct so you’re not hurting yourself, have suggestions for you if you need to strengthen a part of your body to make another area stronger or have any pain. I’ve been attending for 2 months- 3/4 days a week and I’m already noticing big differences and definition! Give the free trial a whirl - honestly, what do you have to lose?

Joining G-Strength was easily the best decision of 2022. At the time, I didn't really know what strength training entailed, but I knew I needed a fitness option that would get me in better shape and keep me interested. Nine months later, I'm in the best shape of my life!It's a great environment if you're new to fitness classes - the small class size, personal attention from the trainers, and welcoming atmosphere made it easy to transition from no exercise routine to going to class three days a week. I particularly appreciate Giancarlo and Dan's focus on correct form, which has helped me take on greater challenges week after week. They've done a lot to create an inclusive, positive environment, and have built a friendly, supportive community. Highly recommended!
