From the day I started I’ve had nothing but positive motivational support from everyone there at BurnBootCamp. The trainers are super supportive and helpful with all there teachings and really know how to get everyone going to push us to our full potential.I appreciate there motivation especially since I’m the kind of girl that needs that push to get me moving.I’ve met a lot of different women here from all sorts of different walks of life and no matter what you feel the love and support in every work out to help us all get to that goal that we all so desire. I would highly recommend this place. You’ll love it !! It’s for all levels of fitness. Don’t get discouraged this is a special place with no judging.Now last but not least I have to give a shot out to the beautiful Miss.Timberly she’s the sweetest gal ever with her pleasant upbeat attitude and welcoming attitude. She’s always greeting everyone with a smile and her Energetic attitude is awesome.

I love Burn so much! Before coming I hated exercise, but I’ve come to realize it was what I was doing that I hated. Burn provides so many different workouts and every day is different so you never get bored. And, just when I think I’m getting the hang of it, they provide modifications that make it harder/make me stronger. Thanks Tammy and all the trainers for providing a place for me to get healthy (both mentally and physically), it’s so cliche to say, but Burn has changed my life!

Well it was not my new years resolution but I was ready to make a change, being that I complained so about my tire around my waist, eating the right foods and getting a better life style. I did join a gym and walk a lot, but it was not enough, I have been going to burn boot camp for 2 weeks now and feel Much energized. I have been focusing on what I put in my mouth and continuing walking and running even when I'm not at the boot camp. Burn boot camp will coach you through and encourage you to continue, it's not easy, they will also give you a grocery list and menu, it's up to me to make the change, I hope you are looking for a change also.

Before burn I was never able to stay with a workout routine, the feel of community and support I got here is what keeps me motivated and coming back. 41 camps strong and I can see a difference in myself. I have gained the most difficult thing for me personally which is confidence. I find that I like the way I looked which has made me happier and in turn has made my babies happier ❤️ 10/10 recommend.

So happy to have found Burn Boot Camp! After impacts from the pandemic disrupted my fitness routine, lower back issues that make me cautious with work out programs, and struggles with sleep and energy as I approach the big 5-0, I've struggled to get in a good groove. Burn is totally working for me! I love the many options for class times that can fit around my busy schedule, although I'm finding I feel great getting up early to get'er done! Classes are designed to be social, & the instructors impressively greet everyone by name and encourage collectively & individually during workouts. I appreciate that regular one on one goal setting with a trainer is encouraged and included with the membership. Workouts are challenging, varied, well rounded and adaptable so that all fitness levels can work out together at each person's unique ability. Macro based nutrition plans are available in the app and I've used them as inspiration for eating healthier. As a side note, I love their pre-workout supplement, as does my 16 year old daughter who runs cross country. After only 3 weeks, I finally feel like I'm in a great fitness groove. My back is feeling better, I'm sleeping better, eating better, have better energy with less caffeine, and am feeling stronger and more fit! Love this place!

Burn Boot Camp is the most amazing community and gym I have ever been to in my life. The owner Tammy and amazing trainers make this gym more of a community with others cheering each other on then just a gym to get your sweat on. All levels are welcome and there are modification to make it easier and harder in every class! With focus meetings and yoga this gym has become one of my favorite places to be!
