rude employees, packed very much, your better off going to the planet fitness

From my own experience and seeing what the employees of EOS fitness do, there are many things that could have been resolved if they could work on customer services, membership cancellation/change, and safety information regarding to every individuals who went there to work out indoor. I requested the membership cancellation on February 26th, 2023, and they did not process the request right after my phone call. If anyone else wants to cancel the EOS Membership, then I am encouraging you to contact ABC Solution through phone calls or email before your billing date prior to EOS Fitness Membership.To employees and manager of EOS Fitness who read my reviews, you need to work better on customer service, safety issues, and communication skills to ensure members are able to be successful in their workout goals.

Ok, now THIS is my favorite EoS! Brand spanking new with some cool modern equipment! Very clean and not yet overrun with too many members!

Every time I come to this gym it’s very dirty. There’s no paper towels, also the weights are on the ground everywhere, people here just don’t care if they do return their dumbbells and will put them where they don’t belong or the dumbbells are always missing. I’ve told the front desk but they don’t really seem to care. I understand most people here have no pride on themselves or where they do their workouts but I think the employees should be walking around making the place better not just standing around.

I'm starting to question what exactly my membership fee is covering when atleast 3 threadmills are not working nore have signs that they are out of order. Tried telling the people at front desk all the do is nod and say uh huh and brush off concerns.

This gym is very clean and organized. Every time I am here I see an employee, I believe his name is Isaac always picking up weights and cleaning up. I appreciate that because not everyone puts their weights away.

Smaller than the other eos no Jacuzzi so mehh.

They’re nothing but a scam here when you get a packasge they don’t tell you everything about the package, that way they scam you out of more money the employees are horrible they are useless when asked about membership questions.

This place is freaking awesome. Went there with a coworker and the atmosphere is just dope! I love the vibe of people wanting to better themselves!🦾🦾🦾 …

I’ve been a member of this location ever since they opened, I have to say that this location has deteriorated so much from being overcrowded, the machines are disgusting, dirty, a lot of them don’t work, the restrooms are gross, the toilet paper dispensers are broken they are dirty and they stink. There’s no type of deodorant anywhere, you go out on the floor weights everywhere, debris, trash, you want to clean a machine and there’s no paper towels in the dispensers. When you approach the front des, they just look at you say “yes!” and they never send anybody to replace it and they continue to flirt with each other or sit in their little office. Definitely moving soon.
