I love Hammer CrossFit Central (formerly Uru) ! They have amazing coaches. Rob and Lauren (owners), Dylan, Megan, Shannon, Dani, Tammi, and Austin are all great with that they do. They're motivating and knowledgeable about fitness. This place is inclusive and the people here are amazing, supportive, and friendly.

Great place! I started with basically no Crossfit experience and the coaches gave me excellent instruction. I can lift 15-20% more than I did a few weeks ago, and my overall fitness and endurance is far better. The other crossfitters are welcoming and motivating!
