UPDATE 3.1.22 - I just returned after almost 6 month hiatus and this confirms this will be my forever gym. Ethan continues to grow in his teaching and spiritual journey and so will my journey with him as my coach.This is my 2nd home. Not like any other gym. Not only is this a powerlifting gym it is truly an EMPOWERING place. It can be intimidating at first seeing other people mostly women moving and lifting large amounts of weight but it is truly powerful. Ethan (owner and coach) is very knowledgeable and really gets down to the basics of foundation, core and form. If you want an out of the box type of gym and learn the fundamentals of powerlifting and also grow mentally and spiritually definitely try it out.
