Just got our membership here a few weeks ago. It’s fairly nice! I never have to wait for the machines I use, bathrooms are always cleaned. The only issues I have that concern me is that they do not clean, disinfect, wipe down the kids care room. The jumper, bouncers, etc are dirty & there are not even any cleaning supplies in there. Out of everything that room should be sanitized everyday/throughout the day as kids are dirty. Also the pool smells a bit funky but that’s all.The protein bar is super delicious just a bit pricey for a smoothie.The kids care def does come in handy for busy or single parents.They also have great membership prices!

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill since the downgrade from LA fitness to Esporta Fitness. The lockers, restrooms, and showers are always messy. Janitors on the premises go MIA half the time.

I've worked in gyms for years and been an avid gym user for 15 plus years. This has to be the worst kept locker room I've ever encountered. Trash overflowing, never any paper towels or soap, toilets overflowing and trashed. Fitness itself is too warm in many areas. I actively avoid this location even though it's closest to home

L.A. Filthness!!!Always dirty!!! Every time I go to this location, it's been dirty! Yesterday was worse because I walked in, and it smelled like funk!! The locker room was trashed, and the showers had trash in them and outside of them. A white male employee was bragging that he could put water on the sauna rocks because no one could tell him anything. Ugh! Example of the employee standards at this gym!

Great place for the money. Basketball court is intimidating cause it's all north Phoenix go for broke hoopers in one place. But if you go past 730pm or before 730am there is literally no wait for machines. Esporta but building still says la fitness. Pool is clean, but steam room is literally standing room only in the evenings which is gayer than I'd like it to be lol

The gym itself is great however the exercise room floor is dirty and the pool is often cloudy. The pool deck is littered with used bandaids, bottle tops, hair and just grime. They don't clean the pool area !

I went in and canceled my member ship 5 months ago with the manager. Just saw another charge on my account. Now they won’t let me cancel without coming in.
