Mason is OBSESSED and you are a hell of a trainer. These kids are doing REAL work and gaining strength tremendously. The growth I’ve seen in Mason in less than two months makes my mommy heart burst. He LOVES training and I am so grateful we found something that he is excited about every single session! 100% recommend Frankie!!!!

Coach Frankie is awesome!! His work-out routines are well thought out and never feel repetitious because each one is different—we use our own body weight and/or kettleballs to build strength, run or airbike for increased cardio and alternate between arm/leg movements to help maintain good balance. Frankie is highly energetic, patient and positive when explaining the exercises; (He texts them to us the night before so we can dream about them, lol.) and while we’re doing them he cheers us on so we won’t give up. It’s a great down-to-earth environment (the gym is in his garage) and his wife Meghan and little son Frankie Jr. are often present; they make us feel like we’re part of the family!

Frankie’s Fitness is fitness at its best. Frankie is very knowledgeable in all forms of fitness. He understands that one workout does not fit all! His professionalism and drive can keep anyone motivated. I have been on a fitness journey for 15 years. I have had a personal trainer for all 15. Frankie is one of the TOP 2. If you care about your health, move.

He listened to what I wanted to work on and continually adds elements to our workouts that enhance my focus and advance my skill level. The knowledge I gain each session easily incorporates into my regular workouts and elevates my capabilities for that steady, progressive gain. Coach Frankie is friendly and supportive; he will always take the time to answer your questions and work with you to modify an exercise to suit your needs.

After working with Frankie for a mere 2 months I went from 186 lbs to 169 lbs! I am surprised how quick and dramatic the results have been. Moreover, Frankie is very personable and takes a hands-on approach to physical training and nutrition coaching. He genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. Highly, highly recommend!

Frankie's Fitness has been an awesome experience for our 11 year old son! He had never participated in this type of a group before, so I wasn't sure how he would feel about strength training. But, Frankie made it so fun, and our son has loved the summer session so much we are hoping his soccer team schedule will allow for us to continue in the fall. If you are on the fence - give Frankie's Fitness a try!!
