I have been a member for more than two months and I am loving it coach Chad and coach Michelle are awesome. I honestly recommend orange theory to everyone and anyone.

Michelle leads a friendly staff that is super encouraging and knowledgeable. I’ve been working out here for almost two years and it’s been a game changer. At other gyms I’ve been to you’re on your own with limited help. It so much better and fun being a part of a group class. Other members are supportive and I’ve been reaching goals little by little. Just ran the fastest 2.5 mile run today than I have since high school. Clothes are fitting better and my overall mood is better. Highly recommend the south mountain location.

I joined OTF South Mountain back in April. I absolutely loved it the moment I did my first class! I love that each class motivates you to compete with yourself to build endurance and strength. The head coach, Michelle has been incredibly nice and welcoming. She fixed my running and lifting postures, so I could run longer 🤗. I really enjoy the different themes and events offered in classes and special events, such as yoga and self-defense classes.

I've been a member for just over a year now. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. The staff is friendly. The workouts are well rounded and they make it fun by adding themed workouts, challenges, and personal benchmarks. You sign up for your classes which really helps hold you accountable to showing up. I love OrangeTheory, it truly is a great investment in yourself.(On a side note, a couple of low reviews mentioned unprofessional staff. There have been staff changes since then, and they are all professional and kind!)
