Definitely the best workout there is! The classes are organized and flow seemlessly. The otf coaches are knowledgeable about each of the resistance training lifts and make sure proper form is used to prevent injury. The front desk staff is also friendly and kind. There are also variations to each part of the class for medical conditions (I do the Eliptical machine due to missing 1/4 of my medial knee meniscus instead of the treadmill). The trx bands are a nice assist when needed. Thank you otf!!!

I have been going to OTF for the last 6 years, both all over the greater Phoenix area as well as out of state. I am so happy to have the Central Phoenix location as my home studio - it is the best. The gym is clean, the instructors are fabulous, and it is a great workout. The class times are convenient!

For the last seven months I have been part of OTF. I have lost 10% body fat, combined with modifications in my portion sizes. Workouts are what you make of them. I like he fact that no one is competing and everybody is doing the best they can. Coaches are very good and motivate you to do your best. Thank you Taylor, Jonell, Maddie, and Kes. Front desk staff are also very nice and professional.

This has been my favorite places to work out at 5AM. The coaches and staff are professional and motivational with good music. I’ve been going for over a year and in good shape as a result. The 5AM time slot is extremely popular and not very easy to schedule on short notice. I strongly recommend this place.

After a couple of back-to-back years focusing on having babies and young kids, I decided it was time to get my energy and body back. I walked into Orangetheory Fitness in September 2018 -- I was super out of shape but excited to get moving and it totally changed my life and relationship with exercise. I started as a very slow power walker and initially dreaded the hour, but slowly I started jogging and looking forward to my time in the gym. My energy started to come back, I was sleeping better, my body started changing, my mental health boosted and I was all around better for myself and family. One of my favorite things about OTF vs. just going to the gym is getting to put my phone in a locker and spend an hour zoning out and not have to think much or make decisions (a luxury!) I love that the workouts are determined for me, I have coaches correcting my form and I just get to show up, sweat and follow along. I've enjoyed having the app to track and benchmark my progress and appreciate there's always a challenge you can compete in for an extra boost of motivation. The OTF method is *truly* for any fitness level - as you can push yourself as little or as hard as you need or want to. I'm so grateful for it. The OTF Central coaches have been absolutely wonderful and nudged me along my journey.

I've always hated working out, not my thing. I tried Orange Theory on a whim and I've LOVED it! I've stuck with it for a couple months now and have enjoyed everything about it. Workouts are always fresh and exciting yet challenging. I like the fact that I lock my phone in locker and truly disconnect and just focus on my best. Coaches are there to set the workout, walk me through form, and help correct if I'm a little lost. Even the music is full of fun songs to sing along with and give the motivation I need. All I have to do is show up and follow along which removes a lot of the fear I use to have around going to the gym (no one loves feeling out of place). I'm already feeling stronger, moving faster and feeling myself improve. The coaches are AMAZING! They're all friendly, approachable, and encouraging. Despite how many people can be in a class, I still feel like I can get that 1:1 assistance if I need it. I love how they truly make every workout feel doable and I always feel like I've succeeded/accomplished my best when I leave. Highly recommend!

Orange Theory workouts are fun, and the pacing provides an hour of quality interval cardio and strength exercise that is scalable for any level of fitness. The coaches provide direction for increasing and decreasing intensity, but I have never experienced an unwelcome push beyond my comfort zone. Some days I feel like pushing the pedal and other days I need an easier time. Each athlete chooses their road for the day. Classes typically have us on the treadmill(walk, run, or both) for 30 minutes and weight training(dumbbells, core work, and body weight) for the other, though we can choose to start with weights or treadmill. There is also a grumpy line of rowing machines used periodically to make sure we don’t get too complacent. All of the coaches at the Central Phoenix location are energizing, helpful for movements, sharp as tacks in class sequencing, and make each session fun. Each month, there are some challenge and benchmark workouts to measure fitness over time. The class schedule accommodates just about any busy work/family schedule. Try a free class—just stop in and talk to one of the people at the desk and get started.

I went on recommendation from a friend. The best thing about it was the coaches (Maddie, Taylor, Jonelle) all being so helpful when I would go in and not quite know the particular exercises or what the colors and numbers on the screen meant. They all made me feel very comfortable and you should expect the same with these coaches. My only criticism is that they don’t stretch as part of the class so make sure you do that on your own before going if you are injury prone. Otherwise this environment will provide a challenge for you no matter what level of fitness and conditioning you are in. Thank you OT Central!

Best studio ever! I have been going to this studio for 4 years and cannot recommend it enough. The staff is so caring and helpful - it is obvious that they work hard and care a lot about their members. I also love all the coaches - Maddie, Brooke, Lauren, Taylor, Kes - all great! There are people of all ages and fitness levels at the studio. Very un-intimidating and inspiring environment!
