The kids LOVE it here, and have for years! The coaches are all friendly, kind & knowledgeable, the gym has always felt safe and clean. As the grownup watching the kids' classes though, I hate the layout for adults. Hate it. It's not enough space. And what little space they have is never set up smartly. The first floor has no seating, even though there is easily room for a dozen chairs along the dance studio & gym walls, they've opted to make this standing room only. Their built-in front desk needs to be 3' shorter down the length of the room, they need to move the 2' dedicated to lost and found to the upstairs viewing area near the door to the gym which is dead space, and scrap their sale clothing racks in favor of something space saving like shallow wall hooks on the former lost & found wall, near the entrance windows. The 4-way racks they have today are at best right in the middle (in the way) and at worst +/- eye/head level for most of their students. Invariably, at least two kids end up running *through* the clothing. The upstairs viewing area needs at least 2 dozen more chairs. And the reason I have all this and more outlined out is because all I can do is dream of being more comfortable, 1 hour a week at a time, for the last 4 years of my life. I would fix this for free if they'd let me.

My daughter has shown growth in her mechanics! Love this placeUpdate it has now been a year and though my daughter has shown growth, the class size keeps her with basic mechanics. When Mr. M is her instructor and actually has a structure which the others lack all the students do great. Also maybe actually get to know the students to not partner them with kids who are just starting. Seems to happen a lot, even though my daughter is more advanced when this happens my daughter can be seen yawning and not interested

I love this place! My daughter has been going here for just over a year now, it has helped her with not being so clumsy! My daughter is 5 and has shown a great improvement of strength and confidence since starting here! And she's an only child so this is awesome for her to be around other kids her age! Cheryl an Jodi at the front desk are extremely sweet and helpful! Also each coach my daughter has had have been sooo amazing! 1st starting out she was with Ms Kennedy & Ms Gracie, and now she is with Ms Robyn! My daughter always comes home so excited and proud of herself, I think the coaches do such an awesome job building the kids up and making them believe in themselves! Absolutely love this place and would recommend it!

Was really disappointed. Met by a rude, robotic clerk. There was no where to sit. I was told I would need to leave and watch on the zoom. My daughter is 6. It was our first day. That is unacceptable. I asked to get my daughter. The lady said, snippily, ok. Got her and we left. Not one person said hello, welcome, good bye, sorry.... nothing. You get the military feeling in there. Kids are still forced to wear masks. Not my kind of place. They don't seem to really care about anything but robotic protocols of all the ways you can't make up a class or get any money back. Instead they should focus on making someone feel welcomed. Very sad.

I had a tough time during the parent tot class and when I told the instructor she laughed at me. At the end of the class I was crying and trying to leave and told the teacher I had had a hard time, she turned around and laughed and announced to everyone “we all had to go through it!!” such an embarrassing experience.I don’t think laughing at anybody is an appropriate response at all. If it is so easy to laugh at a struggling parent, how do they treat their students when parents aren’t allowed to supervise or be near?I was going to do the trial class with them again with a different instructor but when calling back they wouldn’t schedule me again and told me to call back later. Poor customer service.
