This gym is really great for people that want to get into combat sports for the first time or have a background in it. I had a great time in class and training independently at the gym. The reason I am giving 2 stars is I tried to cancel my subscription 3 months ago due to personal issues. I received verbal confirmation from staff it was cancelled and an email the same day saying my account was set to be cancelled. Little did I know, I continued to get charged a total of $450 over the last three months because I never got a cancellation "confirmation". I was given no refund or further explanation

Rocco is the man. Great coach that I would happily take classes from. Get that Janae/Danae, whatever her name is out of the box fit class though. Not sure if she is a friend of the establishment, but her annoyance was felt. Also, I would get my own gloves...think there is some bacteria lurking in there.

Greatest choice I made to turn my life around in 2022! Great leaders and teachers good future champs at the gym of all ages going towards their goals. I got in shape and learned new skills. Seeing my trainer two times a week is the highlight of my week! I'm so blessed to have found this place and you'll be too!

All the trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. Family owned feel vs mega gym. Good mix of cardio and strength equipment. Give them a try!

Such an awesome gym with such a variety of classes and ways to develop yourself!! I visited for the week and had some incredible MMA and striking sessions there. Thanks pro edge!!!
