Brian is the best! And even though I never met his wife, she seems amazing... sorry, I peeked at the screen saver. Such a cute picture. She totally decorated the place, and it looks so beautiful and inviting. I just wanted to give her a shout out. Brian works wonders. He really knows how to help with whatever is hurting. After my accident I was so sore and stiff I could hardly move. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I never thought I’d actually look forward to going to the gym to workout until I tried Third Space. The owner/ class instructor/ ultimate hype man, Jesse, makes group classes fun. He’s very attentive to form, and offers modifications if needed. Jesse is also extremely knowledgeable in anatomy/ physiology and stretching. He even offers cupping, red light therapy and pressure suits. The people who workout there are just as great and down to earth. If you want to start or end your day with a great workout, great music and people, I cannot recommend Third Space enough!

I discovered Third Space because someone invited me to attend to one of the group workouts about a year and a half ago. Attending that class was one of the best decisions I’ve made towards achieving my fitness goals. Before joining Third Space, i hated going to the gym because I thought it was boring as hell and being honest, I didn’t like to workout. Not only does Jesse run a great and challenging class with great music, but the community he’s built is second to none. I’ve never been challenged physically as I have been at Third Space, and I’ve never been as strong as I am now and it’s all thanks to this place.

I love third space! it’s changed my life…. i hated working out before, but this club is so different. i actually love working out now! it’s not intimidating, there is a sense of community and purpose.. it’s not a typical gym. besides being a genius at branding, decorating a comfortable space, and being an amazing fitness instructor, the owner jesse has really curated a community and culture. what other gym has happy hours, movie nights, and book clubs!? the works outs are amazing. they are customized. they are difficult but go by quickly because it’s so fun! and the music is great and always on point!! i’ve met new friends here. everyone is nice and amazing. it’s the best space to go between work and home.

ThirdSpace really has become my place between work and home. I started working out at ThirdSpace when it opened in 2020 and cannot say enough good things about it - the creative design of the space, the killer music, the intense workouts, the cleanliness, and the incredible community Jesse has built are second-to-none.I legit workout 6 days a week there and have never done the same workout, my knowledge, strength and overall physique are better than ever because of the thoughtfulness Jesse puts into creating challenging workouts where form is top priority. The convenience of having everything at your fingertips including a full recovery center with Normatec boots, cupping/scrapping, cryo-therapy, red light therapy, as well as partnerships with nutrition and meal prep companies is amazing. And last but not least… the community. There’s always something going out outside the 4 walls of the gym to engage with people - monthly happy hours, book club, movie nights, team hikes.I LOVE this place and the people!

Jesse is an amazing guy and he has so much knowledge in the training and healing fields. He has created the most comfortable and un-intimidating environment to workout in. Overall best gym/personal training experience out there !

This is a great space and place to improve yourself in an educational but fun way! The physical space itself is nice and open but has a relaxing, chill vibe to it with spots to hang out, recover or just chat. Everything is meticulously clean and neatly organized as well!As for the training itself, Coach/Owner Jesse is truly amazing. He is very passionate about what he does and his knowledge and skill set come through in a very easy going way. His training methods are fun and engaging but also are eye opening and truly help you improve your strength and cardio, but more importantly form, flexibility and mobility. People of all levels participate and you can tell he is very good at making training sessions both fun and challenging for everyone and comes around and tweaks/personalizes everyone so they feel comfortable while pushing themselves. There is also a nice recovery area with everything you need to recover after a tough workout in a chill environment!Overall, 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to train at a space that is more than a gym but a place building a community of people improving themselves in an awesome environment!

Third Space is absolutely my "go to" gym...although it's way more than that. The ambiance is very relaxed, with lots of cool hang out areas right when you come in. The memorabilia and antiques are super cool.Jesse is the owner and coach. I've had several coaches over the years and he far exceeds any others. His knowledge is extremely diverse. His ability to scale workouts, as well as recognize what you need to improve, has been immensely helpful in alleviating my deficiencies. It is a great mix of fun and hard work. I can not recommend this place enough.

Third Space delivers a fun and professional workout experience. I was looking for gym to get me out of my home gym a couple days a week. The workouts are tough... harder than Orange Theory and F45 which were by go to gyms prior to COVID. I enjoy that each class mixes in a lot of different muscle groups, heavier weights, dynamic moves and some high intensity cardio. The clientele is also a great mixture of age and fitness levels. They offer a free week but you'll only need once class to see it's the real deal.

The only gym I'll ever go to. Jesse is the most amazing coach with thoughtful workouts, encouraging words/feedback, and provides the best music to work out to ;). Without a doubt, he truly cares about every single person that comes through his doors. A+ Jesse! Thanks for all you do and for keeping us STRONG!
