Came to AZ from CA to visit family. Due to unexpected events I had to stay longer than expected. Went to this gym to check it out..loved everything about it..walking in I was greeted with a smile, felt comfortable right away. Told them my situation and they were so happy to help me out as much as they could. The workouts are killer.. (they also have free weights and other gym equipment) and the coaches are so nice and professional. This gym is also VERY CLEAN! If you’re looking for a home gym I recommend this spot. I’ll forever come to this gym while visiting family, it has everything I look for in a gym, STRUCTURE and that FAMILY feel…… Thanks again!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I can only praise this gym in the highest tones. I was a visitor from Germany in the area and a nice call was enough and I was invited to look at everything. Everything was shown to me personally and a great sparring with one of the trainers (Zen) was also there. Friendly, professional and worth a recommendation. Best regards from Germany

This gym is very deceiving - they should not have UFC on their building instead it should be “YMCA” or “Adult/Kid Workout” or “Planet Fitness.” I had the chance to do a free trial this is what I saw… Tons of kids running around - is this a kids camp? Boxing class started 10 mins late, warm up for 8 mins, and they just punched a bag with no boxing trainer or insight… you can tell these trainers are not fighters at all and def went to an online school … I learned you do not spar with ppl… why is it called UFC? You can honestly pay $45 at the YMCA or Mountain Side fitness and get the exact same value but way more the machines are very very limited even better go to planet fitness ppl workout way harder there then they do here… If your looking for a gym to fight, build muscle, and workout hard this is absolutely not the place…

From the beginning of calling to get information, to attending our free tryout training, to joining, has been such an amazing experience. The team is so friendly welcoming and especially professional. The environment from the moment you walk in has such a good vibe and gives you that positive and good energy to motivate you to continue to go. I would highly recommend this place. Prefect place for a family to attend together. My kids love it and my husband and I enjoy that we get to do it as a family !

I’ve joined a few gyms and this is by far my favorite place to work out. The gym is great, the staff is great and their classes are full of muscle toning/fat burning fun! They are definitely more community oriented and for a great price! I am more than happy with my experience here and my results so far since eating healthier and attending their workouts. I’m excited to see more results and if you’re looking for a friendly place to workout or community vibes then this might be your home gym. (You also feel like a bada$$ punching that heavybag💪🏼😅) I recommend UFC gym 100% try it out!

My family and I enjoyed working out here. The staff is friendly and professional. The members make you feel at home and best of all, tour whole family can train here.There is something for everyone, from personal training for the more goal oriented individuals to cardio classes that will kick tour butt.Exercise equipment is cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day.Overall a safe and pleasant experience in every aspect.Thank you UFC GYM Ahwatukee

This gym is IT! Everybody is here to motivate one another, all of the classes are really fun and energetic, and the overall vibe here is really uplifting. There are a lot of coaches to choose from, so it’s cool being able to work with a variety of trainers every day in class. Rumor has it they give ya a 5 day free trial pass if you come in for a tour 😇
